Tell us about an iconic, a monumental, legendary food place that represents your area code, ya know?

Like if yer from Philly, tell us about the greasiest, nastiest looking cheese steak that you can't get enough of.

    or Rendezvous' ribs in Memphis.
whatever. just share a food joint you love.

In my little old town of Enterprise, we got a little shack of a place called Mr. Chick's that sells Chicken Strips. been eating them since i was 4 (back in 1978). Not much of a place but the old lady that owns it makes her chicken strips from scratch. Crispy strips, Cajun Spicy strips, PoBoys, all chicken.

    and man she's fast.

    great little place

Good old haggis, neeps and tatties.

Wild haggis is the source of haggis and are native to the highlands of Scotland.
It can be slightly tricky to catch as they are very quick.
However wild haggis's left legs are of a shorter length to the right. This allows then to quickly run around the mountains and hillsides of it's native environment, but only in one direction.
To catch one you just have to chase it the opposite way and it will end up rolling down the hill and be easier to catch.

In Pittsburgh, it's gotta be Primanti Brothers. How many other places put French Fries AND Coleslaw on the sandwiches? If you go to the burgh, you gotta try one....
