I feel like The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles might've been my thing as a kid. Perhaps I would've taken more of a liking to Thundercats, or Visionaries. Without TF in my adulthood, I might've gravitated to graphic novels and DC comics. I'd probably watch more Justice League in my late teens. Overall, I'd be less of a quirky/interesting person with one less passion in my life.

    What about you?

My only hobby would be gaming then. Transformers more or less acted as a filter into the odd geek nirvana that I describe myself as being a part of.

Toy wise, without Transformers I'd be pretty much a full time Star Wars collector.

I actually don't know, Transformers have been such a part of my life for so long I couldn't even begin to say. That would be like asking someone what would your life be like if 66% of it happened in a totally different way.

I'd have a lot more money with me :)  lol kidding aside, I'd probably be spending more on Marvel and GI Joe toys, not to mention comics :)

It was mainly TFs, Micro Machines, Hot Wheels (I kinda like cars and such:p ) wrestlers and Thundercats growing up. If there weren't any 'formers I had something to fall back on I guess lol.

Ninja Turtles was my thing when I was younger. Had the toys, watched the cartoon, saw all 3 movies in theatres. I liked TFs, but it was a little before my time so I never had any of the good toys.

Then it was X-Men because of the cartoon on Fox. With Spider-Man and Batman as well, I got more into comics (mainly Marvel) and the ToyBiz lines.

Out of High School, I got more into DC since I hated what Quesada was doing with Marvel.

Then I moved out of the house, and had no money to keep up the comic reading. And with Crisis after Crisis passing by, I just didn't want to jump back in blind. Which is how I picked up on TFs with the Classics line. Couple years later and steady income and the Universe line reboots to include more Classics figures. And here we are. From 3 Classics figures (Hot Rod, Bumblebee, & Starscream) to what I've got now (Collection thread, link's in my sig).

Where would I be without TFs? Don't know. Maybe I wouldn't be on this board so much and actually go beat the Elite 4 in Pokemon Soul Silver. And I mean the first time you fight through them.

Lego without a doubt, more Power Rangers stuff, more money for Big Bad Beetleborg and Earthworm Jim figures. Jurassic Park would had been my version of Transformers for sure. I would had collected everything without Beast Wars around.

In my case had Beast Wars never came and Transformers flat line, today without a doubt I'd still be into Lego for sure. I love Hero Factory and probably spend more money for that then I do Transformers anyway these days. Plus since 2001 I've had a huge lego city, so always could use more bricks.

This. I don't know where I'd be. I definitely wouldn't be on this forum without TF.

Eh, I'd pretty much be the same really, I'm more a fan of TFP as opposed to TF in general.

I would have a different logo for my music project, not inspired by Transformers, my track Nemesis Prime would be called something different. Maybe I'd collect Masters of the Universe Classics (maybe not. From what I've heard they are always out of stock...)

    In theory, this ^

But thinking about it, I'd probably just have found other ways to spend my money. It's not like I would have taken all the £1000s I've spent on TFs over the years and then suddenly have that money in my bank account. I would have bought clothes, gadgets, gone out more, holidays etc instead. Either that, or just have collected a different toyline, like Thundercats.
