Where will we be in two years?

    Line-wise, of course. The DOTM toyline will likely be in the final stages. Generations doesn't seemingly have much left to put out, figure-wise. Will Prime toys be the rage? What's your theory?

    There still a ton of Classic Generation toys that have not had an official "Classics" release yet...

    My hopes are we get a crapload of Prime toys,and RTS/Generations continue.I would also love to see Beast Wars return in some way.But have to say that I really don't want anymore Movie figs,even tho they are nice I am getting tired of them,tho I plan on picking up some for DotM not that many tbh.

    I imagine in the next two years, we'll have Prime toys and more Classics/Generations on the shelves. Might have some shelf-warming DOTM toys, and, if they really do plan on making a 4th TF movie, we might see TF4 toys on the shelves in two years.

    But who can really say what TF toys there will be in two years?

    My predictions: Prime toys will be loved by collectors but will shelfwarm otherwise and Generations will come to a slow stop due to running out of recognizable characters to children. Unfortunately there will not be a fourth movie (assuming this. Not a fact.) to pick up sales and Transformers will enter a hibernation period. Aren't I positive? I hope I'm wrong...

    In two years I would hope Generations would still be around, but expanding past G1. Its almost been 20 years since Beast Wars, I would hope Hasbro would have something in mind.

    Plus we will be having TF Prime figures going on at that point.

    I'm hoping we're not still sitting on RotF Sideways, Mudflaps, Tuner Mudlfaps, and whatever the pegwarmers will be from DotM. I'm thinking we'll be elbow deep in Prime stuff that will keep us happy.

    My prediction:

    Hasbro will attempt a live-action remake of TFTM which will be universally panned by fans and critics alike.

    Prime toys will be in full swing, doing well. That's what I predict.

    Now, who believes the line from Hasbro about Prime toys were just going to be a few figures in the generations line? How could that be?
