I remember that. Thats what made me question it.

Are we missing any other groups than Fansproject, Maketoys, and Perfect Effect?

Fansproject is dead and gone. Market passed them by.

No worries with Maketoys. After such a stellar run of figures this past year they've earned some well deserved time off in my book. Plus with all the great 3rd party offerings this year my wallet needs some time off as well. Grinder, Sovereign, Phoenix, Omega Supreme. Wow what a year for most wanted large figures.

As well as a couple of targets of opportunity like the Badcube Bugs and Toyworld Devastator.

Not really. Some good reveals and not an overload like last year so a lot more manageable for display space and budget constraints. :)

More would have been nice, especially seeing some final production samples of Huff 2.0 and Pipes re-issue. I don't recall seeing anything from Badcube?

Just to be clear, most of these companies don't actually set up at TFCon. Most samples are shown through retailer partners or the con itself. Or they just send photos for the slideshow.

I *think* the head MakeToys guy was there last year, but he wasn't this year. Spencer was there representing some products, I won't presume to speak on his involvement with any of them.

Other than that, the only company that actually had representatives there was Flame Toys who was showing off their Drift.

Did they ever hint at who would be next? I'm hoping for Trypticon but I kinda vaguely remember them saying that Fort Max was next in the order.

Maybe they all went to D23 for the Star Wars and Marvels.

Completely agree. Fansproject is the company that got me back into toy collecting. Columpio was my first toy in years. Was born early/late enough to enjoy both G1 and Beast Wars in my childhood. Columpio got me collecting 3rd party and then I went into the MP line. Went all in on their Warbots, and their Dinobot line, but skipped the fembots. Snarl is all I am missing, and as each month passes by, and as their products continue to be discounted I am losing hope that Snarl will ever be released.

Fansproject if you are not going to release Snarl as a normal figure, maybe do what MMC did with Artfire and crowdfund, or maybe even allow Maketoys to release Snarl. If you guys are really by the fans for the fans, please provide those of us that supported your line at release prices the opportunity to complete and finish our dinobot team.

Are we sure about that? Does anyone have any confirmation? Is it possible they're one of these newly named companies with a different look and style? I know they had serious issues with the factory on their Highbrow run, both with the Headmaster being off sized and the packaging not being produced correctly. I'm wondering if they're still trying to fix that issue as a whole or they might have reformed into something else....

Like others have said, I just want FP to release their Snarl. I have been waiting for that figure for far too long to complete that team - and I will be a little upset if it doesn't see release and the made up fem-Dino's saw the light of day. I'd love for them to continue the Headmasters as well, but yeah, I NEED that Snarl.
