This is indeed wishful thinking on my part and I apologize if anyone mistakes this as a thread directing you to an online store where MPs are cheaper. Anyway, I'd like to get my hands on an MP-04 Prime but I'm always faced with having to shell out at least $200 for him. Has anyone gotten an MP (any MP for that matter) at more of 'bargain' price?

    Damn. Nice score dude.

As for finding MP-04 under $200, good luck. It would've been possible on the first run, since a lot of stores had it for $180. But those days are long gone. Most online retailers have him for $220+

You can also try directly importing from Japan, to save a few bucks.

What's really funny is how you'll see a Buy It Now listing for $150 and then there's a shipping price for $100.

Hi Satomiblood! It's SiLLiEMutAfuKA from SRK.

Haha anyway, here are your best bets.

Try eBay, yes, that place rocks and pretty much everytime you have free time, do a quick search for them because you might just be lucky to find a BIN like the one above being just listed not too long ago. I got lucky with that & scored a MP-3 Starscream.

If not, you can try to use a service site (I use ussjp.com) and get it from Japan directly, but you should ask them an estimate first because at the end, all the charges could probably end up the same as eBay prices.

If you're lucky and have someone you know that lives in Japan or Hong Kong, definitely ask them to help you buy from there, I bought my Skywarp in Hong Kong for $50 USD. Good luck man! I'll PM you through SRK if I see a decent deal, I always look for them just to resell or keep in my collection when I have the free time anyway.

I've been considering selling my MP-04. It's MIB, he's C8.5/9 and the box is C7 ish. I love the damn thing but its so friggin big. I want to downgrade to the Henkei versions of Prime and Megs.

Just got him off eBay, $213 shipped but definitely the cheapest price I've come across at the moment. I'm pretty sure I could've gotten it lower though.

That's pretty much the going price for him, I know at Botcon last weekend he was going in the $215-250 range, and I really havint seen this go for much less.
