    Hello All,

I am looking to get hold of some Encore TF's and am in the UK. Can anyone recommend any online retailers in the UK or who supply to the UK at resonable prices?

    Thanks

Where about in the UK? There are collector shops, but the best collection of these is London.

Forbidden Planet the most common chain store will rip you off and charge a good 25% more then any other store e.g my local store in Bristol is asking for £178 for MP Grimlock and £40 for Encore Hoist.

IMO the best option are the online stores. I hear good things about Kapow Toys and I use Xybertoys quite a lot.

Kapowtoys.co.uk is the best, they dont mark up their prices and have an amazing selection.... why shop elsewhere!

    (now where's my discount?)

    ;-P

Kapow toys (sponsor here), Xybertoys, and toyzandgamez.com are the main three online shops for the uk I think.

Um, pretty sure Debenhams doesn't do ENCORE (read the question...)

You sound like you have a bit of a bias against international sellers, but let me tell you, you will NOT find UK sellers offering them cheaper. Kapow Toys gets close on occasion, but unless you have some morbid fear of ordering from abroad, I'd go the ebay route.

I've brought off toyspark a lot (mostly Encores, coincidentally) and always been pleased with the price, shipping, packaging and product.

Don't let the "oh, the seller's in the UK therefore he MUST be cheaper and MUST be more reliable" blinkers fool you...

I agree with you. you are most likely to find cheaper japanese transformers on ebay. but i managed to get henkei prowl for £13.99 from forbidden planet.

also orbital comics in london had encore TH and SW for £30.00 which is cheaper than some ebay sellers.

Second that for their customer service. Andy and Charlotte were both beyond great despite problems with Royal Mail and douchebag questions from me!
