I just figured out I can hide them under the bed! I went from porn under the bed as a teen to toys under the bed as an adult! I am regressing!

    Hahahhaa. Love it.

I throw away 90% of my boxes (but keep instructions/etc).

If there is a figure that I think I *may* sell or get rid of in the future; I'll keep the box.

Under the bed hear too. I've contemplated attic, but do to the weather here I'm worried it will become damaged over time.

Climate controlled storage unit. I just built a new house, but I did not include a box room in the plans.

    I like boxes
So i put my boxes in boxes so I have boxes of boxes for when I need boxes.
Then I put these boxes in storage or wherever they fit.

I don't see the point in keeping them *all* really, as I mentioned above. I USED to. And oh man -- one day I cleared out so much space -- it was satisfyingly beautiful. Wife was happy also! Lol

I feel like if I plan to keep these figures (and 90% of them I do), and they're already opened ... so no point in keeping the boxes. If they were MISB of course.

3rd Party and Takara boxes are all kept in sealed storage bins in the basement and in a closet.

Meaningful Hasbro boxes that I like the artistry on for that series and want an example (like Classics Optimus Prime, or CW Megatron, Masterpiece or Platinum) get stored too.

Most boxes get tossed. Motormaster is cool and all, but do I really need to keep a Motormaster box?

Under the bed is a good idea. I store most of mine in the attic but I haven't inspected them after a summer in the heat. They're probably fine, but the attic in south Texas in the middle of the summer gets rather hot.

I don't keep boxes for most mainstream retail figures. I do keep them for 3rd Party and larger figures or sets (Gen Metroplex, CW Devastator, MP-01, etc).

I keep them on the bottom shelf of my display cases. My cat likes to chew on stuff, so I'm always hesitant to display toys down low. And regardless, toys down that low would hardly ever be seen. It gives me a place to keep cool boxes that doesn't take away from more valuable figure display space.

I place the packages in a cardboard box and once that's fill. I'll then label the box with a sharpie and put it in my shed.

Same here now, keeping them all was getting ridiculous
Me too, I love the boxes usually

I have had a bunch of boxes and figures in the attic for years now, like 8. All in black garbage bags. I happen to sell a bunch of older stuff recently and went through it all expecting damage and they were all just fine. Figures too. My biggest worry was the MIB MP1 and all my Robotech. I can't compete with Texas summers though but is got to break 100 in the summer up there.
