I was wondering at what point does some one leave negative feedback for some one.

For instance, I bought something from a member here, not to be named:
    - Initially he messaged me very quickly for payment and multiple times during a weekend I was away.
    - When I got back, I asked when he would ship, and he said the next day if he recieved payment that day. No biggie, sent him payment.
    - 4 days went by and I messaged him, no response.
    - 7 days went by and I messaged him again, no repsonse.
    - 11 days went by and I messaged him, finally got a response that said item would be mailed the following monday.
    - I get the item like 17 to 20 days after purchase.
    - It was like 1 MISB figure and 3 lose figures. They were just thrown in a box and shipped. Some of the pieces came off, but nothing was broken.

I left no feedback on the guy, but should that have been bad feedback? What would you guys do in a similar situation.

Technically that was really poor communication at best, crappy packaging, but I still got the figure.

When I give feedback now to peeps I buy from I make sure to say how awesome they pack. I never even imagined a TFW member would even throw something in a box with no packaging.

Well there is no rating system here. So it isn't "negative" per say.

I would just say to leave the facts of the transaction in their feedback thread.

In this case, stating the facts is negative feedback in itself. More fool the seller for providing such shitty service. I would go mental if someone sold me stuff just thrown in a box with no packaging. In fact, this only happened to me once before on eBay and I left negative for them (after trying to resolve the situation 'peacefully' first of course).

I would say that this is good grounds for leaving negative feedback here. Definitely crappy service on the other end.

There is nothing better then a well packed TFer. I swear the seller who sold me Omega Supreme packed him perfectly. I left stunning feedback for him.

yeah, that warrants a negative, if he was late getting the box shipped, at least let you know, and there should be zero movement in the box once sealed, newspapers and peanuts go a long way, if they were bouncing around in shipping, they've most likely sustained a bunch of scratches

Im a fan of factual feedback when there have been issues. Other possible buyers deserve to know if preventable problems occurred and if they were taken care of.

Pretty much my sentiments as well. If this particular seller has a lot of feedback on this site reflecting successful transactions, other potential buyers are going to assume s/he is on point. To me, the lag time in shipping, giving you the run-around about it, and then the shoddy handling is a high unsat in my book, especially taking into account your prompt payment. I don't know man...it's your call on whether or not feedback should be left in the end. If nothing else, I'd hit up the member via pm and let him/her respectfully know I wasn't too impressed with how our deal went down. See what s/he says and take it from there.

I will just state want you went threw with the seller in his feedback thread. IMHO i wouldn't want to deal wit a seller like that with poor communication and ships his items like crap just saying.

TBH, as weird as it sounds, I just wanted to avoid the drama that might have come from it. And I looked at it as, at least the figures weren't broken. It has bothered me for a while that I did not leave any feedback so I decided to ask here what you guys do in terms of feedback.

At this point, I know what the members signature and avatar looks like, but I forget his name. I guess I should have left feedback. His feedback was all positive to that point, but I saw a lot of in person meet ups with his feedback.

I say leave the proper feedback that he deserves, not so much leave negative but just state what your experince was in detail with packing and shipping delay, but be happy atleast ur items arrive...

Why not just state exactly what you experienced (ie what you posted in this thread)? It doesn't have to be night and day.

I would say that he/she deserves negative feed back on at leat the shipping issue.

Communication issue can be excused because they may have been outside his control. But bad shipping/packing, cant be excused.

I know your not talking about me because I packed your items well and communicated with you the entire time of your purchase. Never heard back from you about your purchase or received feedback.

Paid September 6th for the first lot and September 10th to add Hardhead to the lot.

If there was a problem with your purchase you should of contacted me. Just guessing you are talking about me because of the description of the purchase being one MISB item and 3 loose figures.
