Sorry if this is a useless thread, just wanted to ask the question.
I have been out of the loop for a while when it comes to TF movie news because I could care less.

I just want to know if it is going to be out till next movie toys :p .
EDIT, I typed "T-F" but it showed up as "Transformers"

    Quick answer: Not soon enough.

I've read somewhere (I think it was on these boards actually) that the Movie line is supposed to keep going until October.

They will stop when TF2 hits. So we have a long time of Movie Toys to look at.

Them's the breaks when a line is as resoundingly popular and successful as the movie line has been. Remember last year when nobody could find movie toys for months because demand was so underestimated?

Hasbro - and even moreso, retailers - are going to want it on the shelves until the time it stops selling. And as much of a fan of the movie line as I am, it's pretty apparent that time has arrived. :lol

And I believe the last batch of Walmart exclusive deluxes (September) are the last items that we know will be released in movie packaging.

Far as I know, they're done making repaints. And they're not making anymore molds for TF1, Hasbro's too occupied with TF2. Though safe to say, they'll be on the shelves until about... June of next year.

I've bought most of Animated figures I've intended on buying, except for Leader Megatron, Arcee, Longarm, and Ratchet.

My local Target seems to want them gone. The army of Swindles are now on clearance. There is only two pegs reserved for Animated Deluxes while the rest of the TF space remains home to the Swindles.

    I hate the Swindles.

I hate Jungle Bonecrusher. You know why? Entire Transformers sections with one Jungle Bonecrushers on each peg, pushed up so the shelves look full. Turn the corner, endcaps filled with Jungle Bonecrusher. Unopened Animated boxes were sitting not far away. That was my last trip to Walmart. We all need to go out and buy a Jungle Bonecrusher so Animated can come out.

Ooh, the second one didn't work.

Seconded! My Wal-Mart hasn't really been stocking any new TFs because there's still an overwhelming abundance of movie toys on the shelves. I'm anxious to start getting more Animated sutffs and hopefully some Universe 2.0 stuff sometime soon.

All the stores by me have a decent mix of Movie and Animated figs, what they don't have enough of however is Universe. I still need my Octane and Onslaught dammit!

The Movie line will probably be completely gone in most (if not all) stores by Fall, with Animated and Universe dominating through Christmas.

What about the last batch of Target-exclusive Basics? Or are they set to come out around the same time?
