Early in August, I won an Ebay auction with a seller who has since acquired 22 negative feedbacks in the last month. My item was not received after one month has transpired. I opened a dispute one week ago on Paypal, and have approximately one more week to file a claim. Has anyone been through this process before? If so, what should I know beforehand before filing the claim? Does the Buyer Protection feature operate quickly in these cases? Thanks.
