With Megatron when Cybertron was at War And he Escaped With the Ark..

He went on later in the film saying to restore Cybertron a deal had to be made with Megatron hence killing Ironhide.?

So when was it made as Prime watched it leave Cybertron.?

 

Sentinel knew there was no signs of stopping the war, and it was slowly killing their race.
So he made a deal with Megatron to seek out another planet with life, and pretty much take it over, and make the lifeforms a labor force.
That's what his main goal was on the Ark, but it was shot down.

 

Probably right before the Ark launched. It obviously was a secret meeting if nobody but Megatron and Sentinel were in on it.

 

But why shoot it down when it was a deal with him.?

 

It was after Sentinel helped Optimus build his resistance to Megatron's army and before he told Optimus he had an invention that could help the Autobots win the war. We know this because the Autobots were never going to win the war.

 

It was unintentional, Megs says about as much in Washington. (when "fate" led them both astray) Only Megatron and Sentinel were in on it.

 

Yeah, and Megatron said "no", when Starscream shot down the Ark. Optimus screamed "NOOOOO" even though he was being deceived by Sentinel.

 

But when was the war If the moon and the ark was the 60's its got to be way way before that..

 

Starscream didn't know a deal had been made when he shot the Ark down.

 

We have no idea how long the Ark drifted through space before hitting the moon.

And remember, the movie TFs don't have the longevity of past incarnations. The ancient original Cybertronians, the Primes, existed during the same time as early humans.

 

ONLY Megatron and Sentinel knew about the deal.

 

Starscream only shot it down in the novel, right?

 

It was probably before he got aboard the Ark and hightailed it from Cybertron, because at the Lincoln Monument in DotM, Megatron says that "He was meant to rendezvous with me here on Earth, before fate waylaid us both."
The Autobots aboard the Ark and the Decepticons shooting at the Ark obviously didn't know about the plan until it was too late. Starscream, who shot it down, didn't even know until the scene I just quoted because he asked, "So he is now your partner, master?", meaning he didn't know up until then.

Here's how I imagined all happening:

1. Sentinel meets Megatron in secret
2. They hatched the scheme
3. Megatron went off to secure the Allspark (they need slaves don't they? Allspark creates life = free slave labor)
4. That plan got screwed by Optimus sending it into space
5. Megatron went off to find it
6. Sentinel got a group of unsuspecting Autobots
7. They boarded the Ark and fleed the planet
8. Ark shot down by Starscream
9. {{time passes}}
10. Megatron finds the Allspark on Earth
11. He crashes in the North Pole, freezing himself
12. {{time passes}}
13. Ark crashes on the moon

At least that's how I imagine it went down.

I think he was asking "when", not "what".

Fog of war, man. Also, all it takes is one trigger-happy con grunt, and there's probably plenty of those.

 

Wrong, this is what happened

1. Megatron and Sentinel makes deal to meet on Earth and get its rescources
2. Sentinel creates a torch which powers the main Pillar.
3. Autobots power up the torch and delivers it to Sentinel
4. Sentinel tries to Escape.
5. Ark is shot down by Starscream
6. Allspark is captured by Autobots
7. Megatron tries to secure it, but Plan backfires as it was launched
8. Megatron crashes to earth

The Ark was shot down WAY Before the allspark was even launched since the cube was needed for power the red glowing thing on the main control pillar

 

Actualy soundwave,laserbeak and shockwave knew about it too.

 

This is what happened, with no signs of ending the war, Megatron and Sentinel made a Deal, but None of Decepticons knew of it, Only Megatron and Sentinel knew what they were going to do, Megatron and Sentinel made a deal to meet together on Earth for teleport cybertron there.

After the whole thing i mentioned on my last post, The Ark is Left floting on Space for Years, but the Pillars caused the ark jump from time and Space, They were detected by the Nemesis, Fallen ordered Soundwave and EVERY of the nemesis troop to chase it (again No Decepticon knew of the deal), the ark made its last space bridge jump leaving a portal open for Soundwave and his troop to enter, the Portal made the autobots, Decepticons and the Ark to travl thru time, the Portal teleported them all to the 60s.

i dunno of shockwave, but Ssoundwave and laserbeak left cybertron before the deal was made, they didnt learned of the deal after fallen death, but they didnt wanted the humans to find the ark. after they found it on the 60s

 

That is true. I wads wondering why megs said that in the comics.

 

Remember that Sentinel was going to earth where he and megs were going to meet, but Starscream destryoed the hsip making everyone think it was destroyed (megatron belivied it too)
