unlike my other pics like Jazz my WheelJack pic ignores most of the past toys and designs apart from in the face area (hell its not like most wheel jacks ever share much any ways)

at one point I was tempted to make this some one else but I set out to make WJ so I stuck with it.

Now as for the Alt mode I want to see if any one can guess it so I will just say that front badge reads SSS

Awesome stuff ! You made this different color scheme for Wheeljack actually work.

The pose looks very feminine though, indeed...

hey, this looks great, man. I also wanted to say "Thanks" for posting it up the right way, in that you not only attached your project images, you even made the attachments show up full-size. A lot of people are new to Radicons, so seeing people embrace our changes is always a nice thing.

no prob this is kinda my standard format of posting any ways

but a quick question is it possible to change that little thumb nail next to the topic name? I'd just like to swap it from the line art to the coloured pic

Thanks for mentioning this, RL. I also noticed this and appreciated it just as much as you. I was simply taken to Inspirationland while I've been gazing at this thread. Illustrations such as these keep me fueled with the desire to illustrate while everything is returning to normal for me here. :)

The thumbnail is the first image uploaded. There is a discussion thread on this very subject that may prove to be more helpful: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-general-discussion/217334-how-change-preview-thread-image.html

thanks for the info. It seems like it should be easy to switch the thumb nails so I might give it a try later on

see I was tempted to put on a Smoke screen head at one point since the G1 Smoke Screen was the BRE Datsun 280ZX race car and BRE also did a 510 (bluebird SSS) race car in the same colours but I figured with the chest window and the general look I kept it as WJ

Indeed and it was amazing work =D By the way, how do you get such clean lines? Did you ink or is that just how fine the pencil work is?

well I draw it first with a 0.3 mechanical pencil that's then drawn over with a 0.01 fine liner pen on all on an A3 peace of Bristol board so its all very fine also after I've drawn it I tweak it in Photoshop by playing with the levels to get rid of any little issues.
