How big is Wheelie? 8ft? And why is he in the IDW series?
wheelie is evil. 8ft tall wheelie means doom for us all! even in the comics.
I was just guessing! Wheelie is weak though!
to give you an actual answer, Wheelie has not actually shown up in the IDW series. I think that in the Prime Spotlight issue (which isnt even out yet), there's a panel where he's one of many people reporting to Prime over a monitor, but I'm not even sure if that's actually him (it sorta looked like him). If it is, it would be his only appearance thus far and doesnt constitute anything important. Furthermore, 8 feet is short for a TF, so feel free to ignore grimlockams opinion on the subject
I just heard he was in Primes spotlight.
Well the average TF is 20ft. . But man who else was talking to him threw the monitor?
Magnus mentions following Scorponok, a reference to the Magnus Spotlight
Springer mentions Kup's condition, a reference to the Kup Spotlight
Hound mentions someone wont let "the Sunstreaker thing" drop, a reference to the Galvatron Spotlight
and Wheelie simply asks if anyone's listening
What comic is that from? ermm nvm thats Prime Spotlight right?
Oh ..... wait.....
Now I see it. When I read the preview online, I was more focusing on Prime.
huh. Go figure why the included him.
I guess u need a weakling somewhere right?
Because we need more cases of Prime dickery. Wheelie calls to see if anyone is listening to him, and Prime goes and ignores him.
You can tell that IDW are going to completely turn this character around
and what is up with Prime? He's so cold, I Mean he put his foot infront of a fast moving vehicle.
Acutally, the BC IDW panel said that Furman is working on a Wheelie spotlight... which was met with equal parts groans & yays - with someone yelling "as long as he dies at the end", which had a fair amount of clapping.
For me, I don't really care either way - his rhyming was annoying, but mostly cuz no reason AT ALL was given why he did that, or why he was on 'Tessa, or any kind of backstory. If Furman at least gives that much, it would do a lot to make the character at least tolerable.
Wheelie was simply a failed attempt to replace Bumblebee as the Transformer for little kids to relate to. He really serves no other purpose in the storyline.
The pre-cursor to Jar Jar Binks.
It's a long shot, but it would be interesting if Simon manages to chage that reality.
Ok why have him if hes pretty much useless in a battle let alone a WAR! At least BB is great spy and fight alittle!
Wheelie's suckocity is in perfect balance with Omega Supreme's ruletasticness.
Universe in harmony.
