Mirage, Prime, Rodimius, Seekers - all great. I might be in the minority but I liked the Ironhide / Ratchet mold too quite a bit. I thought it was a good update to them. Cyclonus and Hound were both amazing too.

Man this was me in a nutshell. Only it was prime and megetron that got me excited, i mean comeon winged nerf gun or not he was a freakin gun again!

I went from hit or miss transformering into full blown collector. Once I picked up those two I could not resist getting them all. Once Henkie came out I had to get those too...

Prior to classics I had maybe 20 transformers in my collection, now I have...somewhere between too many and not enough to quote a sig Ive seen here :p  (I have not counted recently, but its well over 200)

Once I got back into transformers I had YEARS of collecting to make up for. Even if the new movie stuff was meh at the time there were all sorts of guys for me to get from years gone by.

    It all started so simply....

"Oh cool its megetron and heas a farkin GUN! And look theres Optimus Prime. Ha1 Ha! Awesome!"

    Now thousands of dollars later...

I think Starscream is the best all around, but my personal favorite is Bumblebee, its my favorite version even compared to alternity and g1.

I only have Voyager Optimus Prime, Deluxe Mirage, Grimlock, and Bumblebee. I'd say Optimus Prime.

Now I gotta wait for the Universe Classics 2.0 thread. I don't know which one of those I can choose!

Speaking of just the mold itself, Optimus is probably the best one, though Mirage the Seekers are very cool too.

However, my favorite use of the Classics Molds was Bugbite.

Gotta go with Jetfire. My current favorite Classics figure is Ultra Magnus, but the FP armor really makes that the case. :D

Gotta be Mirage. The only figure to make me spend $80 bucks on a clear version of a deluxe figure that I already had, which BTW is awesome.

Classics Optimus Prime is a, um, classic.

I'm also very fond of Silverbolt, especially after I repainted it.

I'm going to pick a figure from the Classics line (2006-2007) and the Universe 2.0 line (2008-2009).

    Classics: Mirage
A solid example of HasTak creating a Transformer with hardly any awkward kibble. Two fine modes. Great articulation (arguably the best we've ever seen). The mold also lends itself as the perfect base for deluxe-sized heavy/scratch customs.

    Universe 2.0: Onslaught

Say what you will about the mold not "screaming" Combaticon Onslaught, but here is another example of a toy with minimal kibble, an involved transformation (unlike Silverbolt's) and two very solid, bulky, and imposing modes. The lights and sounds gimmick doesn't hinder this figure in the slightest.

    1) Classics OP (& especially his Henkei counterpart).

    2) Mirage due to his almost Revoltech-like poseability. it's endless what you can do with him.

    3) Starscream. it's the total & complete update from the G1 toy & they even managed to make him in the likeness of his cartoon version.

The 2 pack Deluxe Prime. As soon as you disable the spinning torso gimmick, he's a great representation of Prime with a kick ass gun.

I'd have to go with Sunstreaker. He was technically my "first" Classics figure (since I totally missed the original Classics 1.0 line), but even though I've got figures like Universe Inferno and Cyclonus, I find myself playing around with Sunny the most.
