1.) okay i know this wasn't a robot sound, but when Sam screamed after he found out Alice was a Decepticon was HILARIOUS!
2.) the sound Starscream made when after he sawed through the car, and when he looked at Sam and spitted.
3.) the crackle of electricity that wheelies torched eye made was my last favorite

 

Optimus Prime's transformations, 1st and 2nd movie!! 

 

Starscream speaking in Cybertronian. That was unique.

 

1. The noises Barricade made when he transformed.

2. "Sam Weetweeekyyyyy" from Rampage.

 

1. Prime Transforming.
2. Ravage's Machine Gun.
3. The reverebed G1 transformation sounds.
4. Demolishor Transforming.

 

The noise that Megatron makes when he stands up behing Mikaela in the abandoned factor. It sounds alomst like he's saying "Oh it's you", but it's far creepier.

 

When Megatron launches upward after arising underwater. Did'nt notice the cool lion growl until I had the surround turned on.

 

The weird hacking noise sound thing from the first movie

 

I agree with just about everything posted so far. These movies had some great sound effects.

In ROTF, the Devastator combining scene sounded awesome.

 

At the very beginning of the forest fight...all of the weird metallic sounds as Prime is beating the shit out of Megatron.

 

I liked the sounds the tiny metal balls made as they came together right before Reedman was formed.

 

Oh, yes. Megatron's grunts.

all the dangerous roar sounds Megs makes when things don't go his way. Most the sounds Ravage makes when he's working, and the sound generated when the AllSpark (or Matrix) are activated.

and the sound of Michael Bay not being awesome  

 

i personally liked baricades transformation noise in the first movie and the little ball bearing bots in the second that formed reidman or watever they called that paper thin robot

 

lol blackie. i guess we also got barry, megs, starsky and dave, soounds like a nice bunch.

 

i also like the sound of ironhide's cannons in tftm/rotf...

 

The Fallen's lifting objects noise.. don't know if you hear that, or was that just to impress our ears?

Skids and Mudflap fighting noises. Sounded like Galaga lasers or some Atari shooting game.
