For me it's the Wanted soundtrack and ROTF score.
EDIT: Everything counts, except for video game scores and stuff. This is the Movies/Television section.

    1. Superman: The Movie
    2. Star Wars (Episodes IV - VI)
    3. Raiders Of The Lost Ark

John Williams, in his prime, is untouchable.

Hands down it's the first Transformers movie score. The '86 movie's is a personal favorite too.

Definitely Star Wars(all 6), with Blade Runner, Indiana Jones, and Superman following it.

    Well said.
Same goes for Danny Elfman and Hans Zimmer.

Michael Ginacho (Sp?) is doing a pretty darn good job.

Also, the original Terminator score from the first two.

Blade Runner has a catchy main theme.

Shirley Walker's Mask of Phantasm score.

Some stuff from Prequel trilogy namely Duel of Fates and Battle of Heroes.

James Bond score (recently You Know My Name)

Anything from the LoTR score. (Special mentions go to Edge of Night (Pippin's Song) and Into The West from RoTK)

    Score from Iron Man

    TF 07's score

    The Matrix trilogy score

    Ghostbusters theme

    Back To The Future Score

    Anything from Michael Mann's films

A lot of them can be found here

Off the top of my head:
Aliens, Terminator 2 soundtracks by James Horner
    Predator soundtrack by Alan Silvestri
Batman Begins soundtrack by Hans Zimmer
Transformers The Movie soundtrack by Steve Jablonsky
Transformers 86' Movie by Vince DiCola
Blade Runner main theme and Memories of Green by Vangelis
Iron Man movie soundtrack is not bad as well
    Original Star Wars trilogy
    Forrest Gump
Plenty others, but can't think of them at the moment...

Its a tie between the Nightmare Before Christmas Soundtrack and the Rocky Horror Picture Show soundtrack.

And although they aren't movies, I love the Gurren Lagann and Elfen Lied scores.

Can we do video games as well?

As far as movies go, I really liked Star Wars, specifically episodes 1,4, & 5.
    Top Gun
    Transformers (2007)
Indania Jones & The Last Crusade

For video games. There're many I like but one that stands out is Mech Warrior 2: Ghost Bears Legacey.

All the Star Wars films, but my ultimate favorite is the Empire Strikes Back. Great stuff...have listened thousands of times and could do so another thousand times.

    Superman (1978).

    Forrest Gump.

    Kill Bill: Vol 1.

    Transformers (80's animated movie).

Amadeus (1984-great for classical/Mozart fans such as myself).

    Lost Highway (1997).

I got more but its hard to remember everything.

    It's a great movie too.

I forgot to add the Pulp Fiction soundtrack.

Nightmare Before Christmas (and I'm not sure if it counts but the Revisited version too).

1986 Transformers movie soundtrack and score.

    K-PAX score.

After that I think most jostle for placing. Some Disney stuff is nice, and a smattering of iconic John Williams tunes too (got his '40 Years of Film Music' set last Christmas).
