Either Starscream or Jetfire. Both are amazing!
Though I think Cyclonus might be my fav once he comes out

    So far:

    Classics:
-Grimlock- Not only my favorite character, but a great representation of that character, imo. Can't wait to see the MP version of him.

    Universe:
-Sunstreaker- Great mold, and my favorite so far, though there's a good chance that Hound will take over this spot.

Well, for Classics it's a tie between the Voyager Optimus mold and the Mirage mold.

The Voyager Optimus is, IMO, one of the best representations of the character to date without having all the crazy contraptions and gimmicks that have left a lot of the more recent Primes (A/E/C, RID, ect.) lacking.

Mirage is awesome just in the sense of how poseable he is. Very very awesome figure and was a real 'come from behind' mold if you will. A lot of people on the various boards were down on him for being 'hunchbacked' and 'anorexic' when prototype pics first started appearing, but I've not talked to one person whom bought him who still regards him as a bad figure. In fact, he's usually within the top three of the original Classics line.

As far as Universe goes... so far my favorite mold is the Sunstreaker/Sideswipe mold. I love the versatility that's been built into this mold and it's an excellent toy to boot. Just wish they'd have given him an extra gun as Sideswipe so that he can have both a gun and a shoulder launcher.

I really like all of them. Seeker mold is probably the most successful one though. Rodimus is not as strong as the others imo.

Classics: Grimlock. Great figure, and I love how the rear legs became the arms. Nice homage to G1 Grimlock.

Universe: Ironhide. Man, if there was ever a toy from G1 that needed to me redone, it's Ironhide and Ratchet. I picked up Ironhide a few days ago, and he's almost perfect. Some silver paint, and he will be perfect.

Let's see...I'll list the ones I have and thoughts, then declare a winner bc I'm verbose like that.

    Classics:
Prime - great vehicle, new transformation, fun weapons, arm kibble is distracting but only because he doesn't really have any other flaws.
BB - I was hot on him originally, be he is kibbly and stocky imo. Good car, so-so bot
Jetfire - nice jet and robot mode w/ fun accessories. Solid, but not fantastic figure. Helmet is fun, but just a little too big.
Mirage - excellent car, lanky, but fun robot. He grew on me, but has recently regressed due to better robot modes coming out. Very clean figure.
Grimlock - from his waist up, he looks cool in bot mode - not a fan of the legs. His dino mode is bleh to me. I'm all for updates, but his just doesn't seem grimlock-y enough.
Megatron - nice gun, nice bot mode, colors are what they are. I like him, just not as Megatron in these colors. His wings are a okay, but he still loses points for them as well as the underarm gun.
Seeker mold - Skywarp is my favorite incarnation. Good jet mode and good robot mode. A stellar effort that is near perfect. Weapons are a bit big. Points for adaptability into Ramjet, et al
Astrotrain - good shuttle, fair train, and a solid bot mode. More than solid, but not spectacular.

    Universe:
Prowl - good car - I like the Universe vehicle modes a lot - and nearly perfect bot. The chest looks a little off and the head's attachment leave a little to be desired, but very evocative of the original.
Sunstreaker/Sideswipe - Bonus points for double duty. Aside from shoulders on swivels which could get loose, a great toy. Very little kibble and multiple options for the accessories.
Ironhide - Vehicle mode is broken up as everyone knows, but a unique transformation that that yields a very good likeness. Head issues and the backpack bring it down a notch though.
Galvatron - A very good tank and a very slick transformation. Very ambitious - probably too much so for a deluxe, but the resulting toy isn't bad. They aimed high and missed, but because of where they aimed, the toy still ended up good. The backpack and somewhat weak connections on the toy lose points.

Don't have: Powerglide, Onslaught, Silverbolt, Rodimus, or Octane. Just didn't have enough interest.

I'd say it is between Prime, the Seeker molds, and Sunstreaker/Sideswipe. Prime is great as are the seekers, but I think the Sunstreaker/Sideswipe trick is pretty slick and neither really sacrifices anything. Great vehicles, solid accessories, alternate transformations and good likenesses despite being updates.

So far for me my fave are:

Henkei Classics: Skyfire (By far is one of my fave even though there has been so many repaints, the Henkei seems really true to its G1 Color Scheme), Bumblebee (Its an awesome homage to the original G1) and Ramjet

Universe 2.0: Acid Storm, Galvatron, Blaster, Powerglide and Silverbolt
