What backstory do you think Bluestreak has?

Smokescreen got a new look and the headcrest/ears are to remember Optimus in a way.

Either way, his name probably says Smokescreen. The repeating letters in "Smokescreen" match with the repeating Cybertronian letters above his mugshot, so that most likely means there's an official Cybertronian alphabet being used, which is cool. In fact, that's a neat little detail I don't think TFP had.

...Now that I think of it, was Beast Wars really the last TF show to have a translated Cybertronian alphabet? I think Animated might have had one, but I could be wrong. Kind of surprising it's been so long since we've had that in a TF show.

Wonder why they gave Smokescreen back his G1 look?

 

I'm not sure about the show, but some of the TFP toys utilized a translated Cybertronian alphabet. I have the blue version of Predaking and his arms say "CRYO" on them in Cybertronian. (I think his official name is Cryo Predaking or something like that. He'd also make a good Cryotek.)



Edit: Something seems to be written on his wings too, but in a different alphabet? Anyone recognize it?
