people when it comes to the winter weather we haveve been having lately here in the Ohio state region of the statesi'v noticed over the past 3-4 days or so that the nights have gone from being pitch black out and i mean black black outside to being well for want of a better word its like we've been having something of a midnight sun like effect

the past couple nights or so it was so bright outside i could actually read and power went out completely for the entire block i live ati had all the outside lights off

the moon was out but the skies were completely cloud covered

i dont right know myself if it was the moonlight or the weather conditionsd or a mix of the 2 but i could actually read outside last night.

    Aliens.

Nah, I would say it probably has to do with condensation in the air..maybe? Like the light from the moon refracting off of that or something, I dunno.

That happens all the time here. I think it's because of streetlight reflecting off the snow. It's so bright outside here sometimes that you can read a book.

i didn't have no power whatsoever the last couple nights or so

hell i could barely see any monnlight at that what with the skies being so cloud covered at the time

maybes its just a case of the snow and condensation /humidity refracting/amplifying the light

that is straight out wierd though

there's not a lot of snow, and the grass has been dying because of the cold so theres nothing to reflect off the moon's light.

The general bright sky effect is due to ambient light bouncing between snow and clouds. If you're in town and there are street lights about it can make everything rather bright.

The world is ending due to radiation reflected off the moon and rebounding off our Medulla Oblongatas... We're all gonna die man.
