Okay, seriously, what the heck is TRU Online's problem? I was looking for Titanium 6" figures, right? Well, they have pictures of 6" Titanium WW Prime and Megatron, yet they call them "Beast Wars" figures. They have a picture of 6" Titanium Rodimus Prime, yet call it Classics Rodimus (and show a pic of Classics Rodimus in the box along with the Titanium pics). How does one figure out what is shown, and what one is actually ordering?

Does TRU list product code numbers? If so, they're the thing to go by.

Shop elsewhere. If they can't competantly run their own website so that customers know exactly what they're getting, they don't deserve your business.

    Let's see.

    http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2302275

Strange as it might sound, this is indeed Classics Rodimus (Manufacturer #: 81273). 81273 is the assortment number for all Classic Deluxe toys, so it can't be a Titanium.

This is Beast Wars 10th Anniversary Megatron (Manufacturer #: 81147). 81147 is the assortment number for the BW10th Deluxe toys.

This is one of the 3" Titaniums (Manufacturer #: 33901). Since it says "Beast Wars", I'd guess it's Optimus Primal, but I'm not 100% certain about that.

My suggestion would be to ignore the seemingly random images their underpaid intern manages to dig up and just go by the text description and the assortment number. Text = more reliable than images.

You know, in a way I could see the problem being Hasbro releasing five million toys of the same name. You can't expect a TRU intern being able to tell Titanium Battlemaster Deceptiblast from Alternators 35th Anniversary Deceptiblast from Unicron Warfare Deceptiblast.

That still doesn't explain Swerve, though.

Someone must have actively searched the internet for images and have nixed them off Botchthecrab's site.

I also love how Backstop's bio is used for every Cybertron Scout figure...
Seriously, though, they need to get their act together and fix up their site. I'm only disgruntled 'cause I have a $40 gift card for TRU and was hoping I could use it online, but I guess not. Too bad they got rid of Reissue Soundwave, too.
