If I had to list all the rubbish product quality it would be a long list since 2006 over 20 faulty Transformers since then.

This. I bought him at TRU when they had the buy $20 worth of figures and get a $10 dollar gift card (or something like that). So I had tons of deluxes to pick to go along with my The Fallen, and I pick him. And he warped on the hinge after one transformation and being familiar with the mold. My luck/stupidity.

Universe Galvatron... :(  by far. I was so pumped for him, then got him all transformed into robot mode and realized it sucked. Not a very satisfying figure at all.

The experience did push me into discovering the might that is Superlink Galvatron General!

In recent memory the most disappointing Transformer I've bought was G1 Rodimus Prime. He's the ONLY thing that comes to mind. I've seen thousands of pictures of him, but it wasn't until I transformed the thing that I realized why the franchise almost died...

Supreme ROTF devastator. Total waste of money. I liked him at first because of his size but then he was just so aggravating because of his lack of separate bot modes and lack of poseability. I returned him and used the $60 on something more interesting like Supreme Primus and Leader Brawl. I think that it was a great trade off.

Impossible Toys "Arcee", no pegs to keep parts in place, one seat an shoulder pad end/ head light fell off right out of the box. Should have waited for the reviews. Oh well, I'll see if I can return it maybe or just use it as flashback fodder if i ever get my own funnies up and running.

Altenators Sideswipe, totally lacking in articulation (at least enough for dynamic poses), the Universe 2 incarnation redeemed him

though I didn't buy them, I owned them, G1 Ironhide. No head?! I can see why Sunbow and Marvel went for a different character model and G1 Megatron. Sure, Megs was a tyrant and badass, in the cartoon and comics. Toy wise, you cant' take him as a threat due to trigger crotch

    Most AEC toys.

While true, I'd say Beast Machines Supreme Cheetor was a complete waste. I can't believe I paid full price for that POS.

When I bought him, I had no experience with the molds from either the 1992 or Machine Wars line; so it was pretty new to me.

Wow that must really suck. I got him on clearance for like 5 bucks back when TRU had an armny of them, and I still hate the thing.

Animated Swindle. Great figure, up until the point his left arm broke after the second transformation.

And purple Animated Shockwave is almost the same. He was one of my favorite figures, but as time went by, it seemed he was becoming a floppy mess day by day.

Just curious, but were you aware that the Universe 1.0 line featured nothing more than repaints? With that in mind, you would have realized the mold had been used before then. I usually like to research a mold first. Of course research might not necessarily dissuade you from the purchase. I know that first hand. That's why I bought Armada Sideswipe in spite of all that I read.

Ha, I actually paid $5-10 more than retail for that guy from BBTS. I was so into BM that I had to have Supreme Cheetor and I was afraid that he wouldn't be released in my area. Big surprise, I found Cheetor at Wal-Mart the day after I got him from BBTS. Awesome.

Personally though, for a TF the size of a housecat, I kind of like him.

This is a hard one, so many many dissapointing TF toys

The entire armada line-up with the exclusion of bendy deluxe prime is probably the worst.

As for more recent: movie 1 & 2 starscream, they both are very bad

ROTF Prime? A disappointment? I suppose Leader Starscream is trash too. His wrist don't swivel at all, don't even bother with him.
