Universe Heavy Load. The only impulse buy I've ever regretted.

I know this is such an easy answer, but a very honest and true one - I have to say Universe Galvatron. I saw the pics and fell in love. I opened the toy and was instantly betrayed.

Animated Waspinator. I bought him once, arm kept falling off at the shoulder, returned him and the next one's antenna fell off.

Gotta go with ROTF Soundwave. Was so excited for the figure, since he is one of my favorite characters, and the toy turned out to be horrible. Craptastic alt. modes, and a lackluster 'bot mode.

And he didn't do much in the actual movie.

Universe King Atlas. Biggest. Brick. Ever. Only articulation the figure has are the arms which rotate about 90˚ at its shoulders.

Considering the mold was used for Skyquake and MW Starscream, you shouldn't be surprised by the brick aspect. The original mold (Skyquake) was released around 1992. I guess I'm not sure what else you were expecting.

    G1 Ironhide and Ratchet.

Oh how we so need an MP Ironhide made from the G1 series cartoon.
Along with Shockwave, Soundwave....... the list goes on.

TFCC Punch / Counterpunch. That head just ruined the whole figure.

I used to think HA Sideswipe was my biggest disappointment, but now I really like him.
So I'd have to go with Skids & Mudflap... Picked them up before I saw the movie and now I am pretty embarrassed to own toys of such moronic characters..

I've made no secret of my hatred for ROTF Leader Jetfire. Annoying sounds, half-assed lights, an entirely too fiddly transformation and even the combined mode with Prime (the only reason I bought him to begin with) wasn't so great. I couldn't wait until I sold him!
