I'm going to sell a few of them I found at a very unlikely place to find Transformers at.

So that are they worth MISB?

You won't get rich doing it. They're only worth $10 or so.

Get 'em AFA'd and sell them on Ebay for $200. Someone will bite.

10$ maybe 12$, but on Ebay who knows. They are starting to hit the shelves more lately so they are not "rare".

AFA grading would be in the $20-30. You would have to sit on it for a few years, say 10ish before it would be worth too much more. NOT WORTH IT!!

    unlikely.

As for holding on to them for years, sometimes that works, a lot of the time it doesn't. There's plenty of stuff from the past few years and even way back that you can still get for below retail price.

And then there's one or two things that were available last year that have shot up in value. It's not easy predicting what those in demand items will be.

Haha, nice. These were impossible to find because people were yanking them all out of cases and hoarding them when the wave was only tentatively appearing. There's a good market saturation now since stores became inundated and scalping became nearly impossible. You should just return them to retail for store credit and call it a day.

Never seen any in my area, just the other figures in that wave, but no way I'd pay more than retail either (less would be awesome if I could check a Kohl's or something). Most people will feel the same way, especially now.

    Scalp much?

Yes, just to be clear. By definition, what you are doing is scalping.

    Ebay:
I don't really understand what you want to accomplish.

Things become more valuable when they're hard to find. The Ice Cream twins aren't hard to find.

Just take em back to where you bought em, get a refund, and have the same amount of money you'd end up with by selling them. With none of the hassle of trying to sell them.

Give em to nephews, friends kids, or even the giving tree as presents. I may pick up a couple extra sets just for that purpose. They may be a lot easier to find, but still not completely saturated outside of Walmart in my area. I know my friends kids will love em making their value priceless.

Like most things, they're worth whatever someone will pay for them. That's generally going to be retail price right now but, if you stick them on eBay with a slick listing (ie - put SUPER RARE in all-caps with about 12 exclamation marks), you might be able to get significantly more than that.
