I'm looking to unload a few more of my toys and then came across Skybyte, but I have no idea what it's going for lately. It's loose and complete but has a c8 box and its instructions as well. Thanks in advance for the help again guys :)

Well... Mine was loose complete and I paid (I think) $3 plus shipping for it. They were going for around $15 MIB at the time, if I recall, which is why I jumped on that deal faster than a fat kid that found chocolate cake.

I think I've had mine around 5 months, so I doubt the price changed dramatically. You're probably safest asking between $15 and 20 (after looking at current ebay prices, that is).

Yeah, can't wait for him to arrive.

You shouldn't have to spend more than $15 or $20 for MIB/MSIB if you see him for more than that it's a rip off.

This the about right price. Though I would be glad to pay even $25 for MISB Skybite. He's an awesome figure, and worth the money.

Sky Byte shelfwarmed, at least around here (most of BM and RID did, actually, because it was all at KMart, TRU, and KB toys... Markup FTL)

I didn't get mine until recently because I've had a TMII Cybershark that I've been happy with. SPLIT pretty much turned me from "not getting" to "I'm getting the next one I see"

BTW, where's SPLIT LIP? This is a thread about Sky Byte and he's nowhere to be found...

Well, since its not worth that much I might as well keep him. I kinda dig Skybyte anyway :)

^^ good choice. The paint scheme on Skybyte is way superior than TM2 Cybershark's.

*pant* I came... *pant* as fast as I could.

    AHEM.

Sky-byte can go pretty cheap. If it's good enough condition and/or MISB, I've seen them go for under retail. Not Fort Max by any means.

Also, I'm glad you decided to keep him. He's one of the best TM2 moulds and, IMO, one of the nicest, cleanest, most intricate and drastically improved repaints of any figure I've seen.

But yeah, I strongly urge anyone who reads this thread to track one down. Unless you're xenophobic about beast moulds, do yourself a favour.

I'd say Sky-Byte is definitely the best TM2 mega mold. Blackarachnia is way over-rated.
