I don't know, probably Armada Tidal Wave, Armada Optimus Prime (the one with the trailer), or the Energon repaint two-pack with that Optimus and Overload.

My biggest toy would have to be the AT-AT. People keep talking about it as if it's new, but I've had mine for years (maybe it's a different one).

As far as Transformers, I don't think I have anything bigger than Powermaster Optimus, height-wise.

 

G1 Scorponok I have too but I thought Unicron would be taller but never compared them either so that might be a project to do this weekend.

 

for transformers: supream class unicron (by the horns). biggest toy i have in general: Galactus.
