trust me, this is nothing compared to the spoilers others have seen. this is a just a thought that is in a way connected to some part of the story.

Big spoiler relating to this part of the movie. Because
Cybertron hasnt passed through the space bridge yet, it's simply coming towards the spacebridge. It says in the novel you can see cybertron coming towards the space bridge

It's a reflection of all the fanboys tears from the crying over Mirage and Wheeljack's name change.

    A Space Bridge?

Then again, it could be a force field the Cons put up to prevent Optimus and Ratchet from finding Sentinal.

    Could it be?

It looks like some sort of veil. It could be something that allows for decepticons to detect when an enemy enters the area.

I have the theory that Shockwave is trying to teleport Cybertron to the exact same location of Earth for some reason, but due the sheer mass of Cybertron [and the ridiculous distance between the two], is taking quite a long time.

Well, never exactly, but is mostly agreed that is really goddamn far away [and the tie-in to both movies mention Earth is either "universes" or "galaxies" away from Cybertron, but they don't seem to agreed].

Optimus gives the impression that they're pretty far away from each other in the first movie, when he starts to talk how The Cube was lost on the deep space, causing them to search on every planet, every star to no avail, until the place reached an "unknown" [To Optimus and cia] planet called Earth.

So that means that are some solar systems of distance at least.

It's Cybertron. Towards the end of the movie, Cybertron is warped into the Milky Way via Space Bridge and it floats beside Earth. Something like that.
