what would you do if asked to make the ultimate sacrifice?
Take the freedom.
Dreams are no good unless you have the freedom to pursue them.
Of course, generally the 'utlimate sacrifice' is considered to be giving up your life for another, not 'dreams vs. freedom'.
I'd take the freedom. Dreams are kind of pointless if you don't have the freedom to fulfill those dreams.
Considering that in America freedom costs a $1.05, I'll take the dreams.
what if my dream is to be free?
What if my dreams included freedom? In a sense this question confuses me. Are we supposed to be answering from an oppressed viewpoint?
"Spartans! tonight we dine in hell!" any way as Patrick Henry so eloquently put it " as for others i know not what course they may take but as for me give me liberty or give me death!"
well if you have a goal or dream you might limit yourself to just that idea. so if you give up your dream you might broaden your horizons. "only until youve lost everything are you free to do anything"- fight club. yo.
does this make sense?
free free free freeeee freeeeeeeeeeee freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedom!
I would fight to the death!
We shouldn't have to give anything up for freedom. It's the right of all sentient beings, dontcha know?
"Born Free,As free as the wind blows..As free as the grass grows..*continues to sing song*.
I'm doing it right now. 3 1/2 years to go, then onto my dreams.
You're fighting for alot of people's dreams...much respect
I salute you *salutes*
Thank you all.
I'll take freedom.
And if anyone tries to take it away from me, well, they'll be sorry.
seriously tho... would you think about all them people who gave up everything they had? would you think about all them war vets and would you start to feel bad?
