I am having quite the conundrum. I want to get a nice, articulated G1 prime, but I can't decide which one to get. Should I get the Robot Master version or the THS 02 version. I'm kinda leaning toward the THS version, but it is so much more expensive. Is it worth it?

Depends on if you want Simple fun or you want tiny metal.

Guess you could hold off for "Classics" Prime, though that won't be directly based of of G1 Prime.

I already have the 20th Prime, and he is very cool. I was looking for something a little smaller.

THS is the more complex of the two, and he has the trailer. Robot Masters isn't bad, but he is very basic compared to the THS. His poseability is decent but THS beats him in those stakes. Plus, with the secondary market value of RM VS the fact THS is getting a second run, THS shouldn't set you back more than its retail value, while RM could well end up costing you more than he is perhaps worth.

Hmmm, depends on what you want dude.

    Pricing and durability - RM

    Articulation and sculpt - THS

I think most of us here would choose the THS version.

I'll put it this way--I'm a G1 prime freak. take a look at the pic in my profile and you'll see what I mean. the only molds of G1 prime I don't have are the tf jr. from japan, and the robotmasters one. the tf jr. I think costs too much, and the rm? take a guess...

I think I'm sold on the THS one, but I can't find any good galleries of him. Anyone have any links?
