A pale blue Brawn would be a duel homage it could look a bit like Armorhide and also like Tankor. Better than that odd yellow and brown one they did anyway.

I think one of the things that irks me most about "To many Bumblebees" is that when they made the 'Most Wanted' series and other giftsets nearly every set seemed to have a Bee in it - (or at least at times it seemed like that). I think that was what made me think Hasbro had got out of hand with the Bumblebee's it went from a bit much during ROTF to taking the micky during the year after it and coming into DOTM.

It's not that I don't want "Any" Bumblebee toys I just don't want them all to be Yellow and I agree with "Prime Noble" that they ought to have made a Scout one at some point.

I'd not mind at all if they'd make a new mould 1970's Bumblebee, or repainted Battle Blade Bumblebee in Black or Red for example. But when they are all Yellow I do roll my eyes at that.

Yeah. Just the lack of a Dark of the Moon leader Megatron is what has me really disappointed at this stage. I really don't give a crap about Mirage/Dino anymore.

It is pretty lame that Hasbro never released Wingblade Optimus, Striker Prime, or even the voyager version of him with the trailer. Total missed opportunity IMO.

i think all 3 lines just completely suck. However, without them, we would not have classics, so they serve their purpose in the grand machine. Not one single movie line toy is deemed worthy of representing any character i like.

The whole DOTM line was a disappointment to me honestly. Sure there were a few good figures but it seemed to reach it's end too quickly, yet still waiting for a few MIA figures we know are going to be released like Que, Soundwave & Deluxe Leadfood exclusive.

It seems like it rushed to the end but is leaving us hanging for the last few figures for some reason. It's not like they are not selling so I hope we don't have "end-of-the-line-itis" with the last few figures.

^This^^...and no dlx or (even better) HA Dino. How Hasbro could have dropped the ball on Dino is inexcusable. No figure whatsoever?! :mad

Didn't see the above before posting my comment, so I'll just go ahead and agree with this as well. DOTM was a huge marketing blast during the summer prior to the movie, but with most of that product now gone thanks to strong x-mas sales, where are the figures we still have yet to see? As the above indicates, the product obviously has continual sell-thru potential, so why not release Que, Dino, et. al. before ceasing production on DOTM product in order to make room for TFP all the time in 2012? Missed op if you ask me.

How the DotM line was handled. Way too many automobiles, guys like Barricade and Jolt getting new toys before Que/Soundwave/Dino, it being after Christmas and still no sign of Que/Soundwave/Dino being released, poor distribution.

-The quality difference in the deluxes and voyagers from DOTM. By themselves it as bad, but once I started to integrate them into my collection and posed a couple next to ROTF and 07 figures, it became way too obvious.

-The first 2 HA figures released for DOTM being simple repaints instead of new characters. Bumblebee I at least understand, Skids I don't.

-Too many Prime and Bee repaints with too little differences. I don't have a problem with repaints. I love good repaints. But so many barely look any different. If more were like Cyberfire Bumblebee, for example, I wouldn't mind so much.

    -No HA Jolt form ROTF.

-That they didn't do HAs of Ironhide and Ratchet.

-That they didn't continue with some sort of premium line - love the premium figures from the first movie.

Scale. Most car-based deluxes hover around the 1:32 mark, ROTF Leader Prime, voyager Rautchet and Ironhide also. What bugs me is now the DOTM line being smaller, is my collection looks out of whack if i want to display everyone in vehicle mode. The revhead in me gets seriously bugged when the GMC Topkick is smaller than the Camaro parked next to it.

Things like Leader Jetfire and Starscream I can forgive, but they're reasonably big. I don't mind so much if something is bigger than something else, the scale doesn't have to be spot on, but if that something is smaller than the something else, when it should be bigger, that's when it bugs me.

It's understandable, from a buisness sense, making the new figures smaller means less materials used and increased profit, or less outlay to make the same amount of figures. I'm not going to do the math on speculation, and if anyone wants to debate that theory, feel free to do so.

I can understand no leader or supreme Scrapper (or whoever that unicycling excavator from ROTF was), why invest in a character that kids won't buy who dies in the first ten minutes.

If (and that's a big if...) we get a leader Megs and he's out of whack with ROTF leader Prime, I'm gonna be disappointed.

Okay I've vented my nerdrage, I'm good.
