The Transformers were created through a mix of CGI and props. Does anyone know just what props of which robots were made for the films? The incomplete info I have is:

    TFilm1
    Blackout's feet
    A life-scale puppet of Frenzy
    A life-scale puppet of Bumblebee
    Scorponok's tail
    Barricade's sensors
    Optimus Prime's head
    Megatron's feet

    ROTF
    Wheelie's leg
    Megatron's claw
    Jetfire's landing-gear cane
    Optimus Prime's body

    DOTM
    ??

Does anyone know what props were used, please?

One of the jets the Decepticons used was made as a full sized prop in DOTM. They also made a large, blue, moving torso and head prop of Starscream. It lacked any details, but it was basically just used so Shia could act like he was struggling with Starscream.

^ Yeah, that same style of BIG-BLUE-BLOCKS-AS-STAND-INS-FOR-TFS was actually the same kind used as the body of Optimus in TF:RotF when Sam fires up his spark again with the Matrix, and when Carly walks up to Megatron.

So, yeah, not sure if those technically fall under the same category of what you appear to be looking for here.

DEFINITELY along those same lines, though, is the model of Brains in THIS shot:

^ Yeah, aside from the obvious lifelessness and lack of hair-glow, I believe that it was also built from the old model of Brains' face, so there's definitely something "off" about him!
