What was your first Transformers series?
Mine was Beast Wars :rock  , and the first Transformers toys i had were Iguanus, Razorbeast, and Megatron or at least around those, Not all at the same time, but those were the evil toys that got me hooked on Transformers :thumbs2:  I loved the series. I also got Rattrap (that i had to share with my sister who doesn't appreciate Transformers), Rhinox for my (7th?) birthday and Dinobot one christmas, and B-Boom Mandrillo, and out of those none survive except for possibly the headless corpse of B-Boom who disapered last year :confused2  . Since then I went of BW and got into starwars but came back for Beast Machines(Good Series in General, Bad Transformers Series) went of, then came back for RID.
well you get the idea, so any way now i am anticipating the launch of the Cybertron toys in the UK (but i have 2 GF toys) and my sister still doesn't like transformers, save RID cos it was good and Sideburn cos he is blue.
Anyway what was your first Transformers series? :thumb

I started out with G1, and my first three toys were Minibots. Gears, then Windcharger, then Brawn (which I got for Christmas the same year I got my MotU Castle Grayskull). Gears is long gone, and the other two are both missing parts (Windy lost one of his front tires, Brawn has no arms).

My first toy was Optimus Prime, I think he cost $15 or $20 back in the day.

Mine was G1 (although I vastly preferred the comic). My first toy was Cliffjumper, followed rapidly by Twin Twist & Tracks (all 3 of which I still have).

I've been a fan from the start with G1, for literally as long as I can remember. The first Tf I clearly remember getting is Groove the Protectobot, which probably explains my Gestalt obsession. Still have that Groove too.

I started watching G1 when it started back in '84. My first Transformers were Skywarp and Soundwave. I still have both of them too.

Technically it was Generation 2. I watched the show on Saturday mornings, but the only figure I bought was Drench. I was about the age when everything looked cool and I sampled here and there (I remember buying some Z-Bots the same day as Drench), but that's where my interest in Transformers started.

My collecting and passion for Transformers, however, really took shape when Beast Wars rolled along. Wolfang and T-Rex Megatron were the first to really start the collection.

My first series was Beast Wars. I heard on tv that it was going to be a new show so I watched it and loved it. My first toy was G2 Windrazor, G2 Dinobots or G2 Constructicons. I got all of them around the same time when they were fairly new out and I don't remember at all the order I got them...

G1 started it all for me. My very first TF toy was Blurr. We couldn't afford TFs at the time and he was a gift from my aunt. I'd still have it, but my cousins came over one day (without me being there) and destroyed him in an epic battle between him and their army of Ninja Turtle toys. :(

G1, i was 5. I remember having all the dinobots, couple of jets(dont remember which), and part of devestator. Never got him completed when I was a kid though, and I remember going to a friends b-day party and someone gave him the superion giftset. Loved everything about the toys and show. I even remember my friend, who's father was a successful doctor, had a brand new blaster that he didnt care about and just gave it to me for free with a few cassettes. Ah the good ole days

The first and greatest TFs...G1! Started watching the cartoon in '84 and started collecting toys soon after.

Jetfire was my first toy, which I still have w/ the box. :dj

Started out watching the original G1 miniseries. First TF toy I bought was Optimus Prime. Played with him so much that eventually both legs broke off.

Oh, and I preferred the comics once I started reading them. Still have issue #1-#68 plus crossovers. The stores where I bought them didn't stock the last 12 issues.
