The end when Prime says "we will never forsake this planet." It gives you the assurance that Prime hasn't snapped. He believes to his core that freedom is the right of all sentient beings. He said it again in this movie and that the humans can not pay for their mistakes. He is carrying on the legacy of the original Primes to never destroy a planet with life. He might have had to do stuff he didn't want to do but it was the only way to keep Earth from suffering a similar fate as Cybertron.

I especially loved Sentinel's evil use of "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few."
