That's an idea. When I do fanfics, I like coming up with OC neutrals.

 

They should just do what comes naturally and adapt the idw comics

 

Have you posted any fanfics anywhere? Or are they just a fun personal hobby?

Anywho, this is somewhat tangential to the topic at hand but I wonder what the process for actually pitching a show to Hasbro would be? Like, who do you send it to and would they just like a series bible or would they also want some animatics?

 

I dunno. I haven't posted any fanfics anywhere. Most of the ones I've come up with have been in my head, but I ak writing one currently. It may not be done for ages, considering how little I work on it.

 

Haha, yeah I know that game. Most of the stories I want to tell are either in my head or in a basic design document. I am planning on pitching a TF show to Hasbro one of these days but I'm still in the early concept phase. Got the characters and basic story but now need the beats and someone who can actually draw ('cause that definitely ain't me). I will mention it's also not what I pitched earlier but thought the outlaw thing would be fun. If you ever get further progress on your fanfic, let me know. I'd love to read it.

Unicron wildlife

The whole season 1 takes place on a planet that we all assume is Cybertron.
Last ep we find out its Unicorn man!

The sideplot will be Shockwave working on a dimensional portal so we can mix timelines.
Have Beast Wars face some G1's , then somehow relocate them to their own planets so we can forever mingle every tf line.

Would like to see Rumble, Frenzy , Ravage & Laserbeak chase Energon Kicker down a dark alley and beat the shit out of him.

 

There should be one with a more Decepticon perspective where they also win in the end.

 

...not gonna lie, unicorns on Unicron would be pretty awesome.

 

Finally they could make use of all of the confusion!

 

My Little Pony was set on Unicron the whole time.

 

What ever plot the next TV show should go with, I do hope the storytelling style is flexible. Setting the story on Earth is fine, but if the entire scope of the series is entirely terrestrial, it makes the whole thing less fun. Have a few episodes in space, maybe do a time travel two parter. Make the universe of TF feel big.

Not saying I want that but aiming the cartoons towards a younger audience is something they’re aiming at.

Yet the G1 cartoon was aimed at exactly the same age children as Cyberverse is today.
