As we all know, our hobby can be literally never-ending but what the toys that you guys hope to purchase before 2006 ends? My list in no particular order are: 1. Mezco King Kong - I'm a fan of monsters and I'm hearing great things about this piece other than the price of course and er, he's just an ape! 2. Maxfactory Brutishdog - fell deeply for this line thanks to SydnyY's influence and that the sculpt and design of this Votoms' line is superb! 3. Maxfactory Strikedog - see above. 4. Takara Scopedog - literally the Masterpiece version of the Votoms' toys. 5. Reissue Soundwave - when I have the time, I will be going down to Toy R Us to pick him up. 6. Classics Jetfire - this is one elusive bot that I'm having difficulty finding. 7. Revoltech King Gainer - funky design and crazy articulation!
Classics Jetfire for sure and maybe throw Grimlock and Mirage in there as well. The big one I'm hoping to actually hold in my hands before the years is out is the recently released 1/60 Macross YF-19. Been waiting for them to do this sucker for years now and I am hyper anxious to get him Unfortunately it's not looking good as I think I'm going to have to EMS him by the looks of it from HK and with the Christmas rush it could still be a wile
With any luck i'll have every single Deluxe and Voyager Classics figure. Maybe a time split will happen and i'll get the mini-cons to. Oh and Revoltech Mazinkaiser.
The only TFs I want are those we cant get in Canada: TRU Soundwave and Target's Classic Ultra Magnus & Skywarp. Of course there's Classic Jetfire, Grimlock and Mirage but that's just coz either they're not out yet or I keep missing them...
Classics Jetfire is the last thing I'm hunting for this year. However if I find the Classics Mini-Cons or something else jumps out at me, I might pick them up. I don't plan to get anything online until my "vacation" is over in January.
I already know I'm getting a lot of cool stuff for Christmas (all of Classics Wave 1 except for Megatron [already have] and Rodimus, plus Mirage. Alternators Camshaft. MP Megatron and last Alt case pre-ordered). It would be great to find Jetfire before the year ends but it doesnt seem likely.
I'm caught up on everything except the LOCs, so about the only thing that's out that I want is MP Starscream. Maybe post-Christmas. -Tony!
Magnus and Skywarp might be nice, but I can wait on them. Dinobot's killing me. I really want to find the rest of the second wave of Sigma Six 2.5 figures. I just got the Iron Hammer and it is AWESOME.
Reissue Soundwave, Titanium Prime both on the way from BBTS. SOC GX-04S Grendizer, this was supposed to be here 3 weeks ago. Damned ebay purchase. SOC Gunbuster, my preorder finally filled today at BBTS.
EIther Ramjet, Titanium Starscream, or 20th Anni. Prime. ALso I need to dig out some of my older transformers now that I have room for them.
I'll be content when my Yamato YF-19 comes in. Right after that it's time to put funds aside for Masterpiece Megatron and VF-0A in early 2007.

Anything of Classics Wave 2 would be nice... or Ti Scourge or Alt Camshaft. I dont like to carry any big gaps in one of my collections into the new year and Camshaft is a glaring one. I might get Webdiver Gradion for myself for Christmas, I just started getting them and the main figure is kind of necessary to enjoy any of the toys of the line completely... given he's the most expensive, it's probably why the line failed to last more than a year.
Well, I have all 6 of the currently released classic deluxes, so I'd have to say I'd really like to get jetfire. But the problem is it's not even released here yet. Classics optimus and megatron I can wait on a little more as they'll still be coming when jetfire first is, so I'll casually pick them up, but yea, my goal is jetfire if it comes in the next three weeks.
Classics Jetfire. I would've had several more on the list, but since I just got convinced that it IS possible that I could save enough money up to go to my first ever Botcon, this will have to be it. I hope I can get the rest of classics, but I'm going to have to clamp down otherwise.
Titanium Scourge and Optimal Optimus. Wasnt going to get Ops but i may have to after passing it in the store. Then there's classics Starscream, Astrotrain, Prime and with any luck Jetfire and the minicons
