Centurions (imagine Sigma-6esk design with revised versions of their suits) COPS (miss that show) Invader Zim
My number one choice would be Thundercats. With how much detail can be put into action figures these days I think Thundercats would lend itself to some awsome looking toys.
I know many of these have already been said (I'm late to the party, it seems), but here you go anyway: -Battle Beasts (to borrow a phrase: "Gotta catch 'em all!" (yeah, right)) -Starcom (gotta love those magnets and the vehicle gimmicks) -Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors (very bizarre show and highly original) -Brave Starr (watching the cartoon now, it's a bit too goofy, but it was still a neat idea) -Inhumanoids (cool monsters and innovative ideas) -M.A.S.K. (badass!) -Air Raiders (air power!!! Another sweet gimmick, don't recall the cartoon...)
Almost anything from the eighties would be pretty nice now that the bar's been raised for sculpting quality on a lot of things.
Gotta go with Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors. One of my favorite cartoons way back. Has loads of options for different kind of toys, even transforming Monster Minds. RETRO WARNING!!! Wheeled Warriors opening theme: http://www.retrojunk.com/details_tvshows/59-jayce-and-the-wheeled-warriors/
I second Star Com...I still have all of mine....Granted most of them do not work anymore They were So cool!
when I dragged all of mine out, I found a website that has info on how to fix them. it's the fifth question down. here's the linky: http://www.nemesisworld.com/starcom/faqs.html
SECTAURS! Warriors of Symbion. This time I'd like elbow joints, and some evil troops. I think this series had lots of pontential, and the big bugs were really creepy.
MASK, Exo-squad, Dinoriders and Gobots. If I had to pick one... it's close among the first three... but I'd probably have to go with Exo-squad since the cartoon was so good and ended with an unresolved cliffhanger.
