    I was bidding on an auction but I got outbid by another bidder now I find out that he retracted two of his bids and I am the high bidder.I do not want the item because #1 I got outbid and this asshole backs out of the auction at the last hour and I tried to contact the seller and explain why I don't want it because it is damaged so I retracted by bid but when it came to the previous bidder he retracted another bid and I cannnot do anything else with this item what can I do in this situation?

    Why did you bid on it in the first place if it's damaged and you don't want it?

    either pay for it and the resale it on ebay or just dont pay for it and get a bad mark because he changed the information on the item.

    Don't pay for it and contact Ebay about the unique case and most likely they will remove the strike.

    Sellers cant change anything when there's a bid. They can only add info.
    so something is fishy with your story.

    contact ebay and tell them he changed the description and the pictures. after you bid on it. you cant change an item if someone has bid on it.

    Really? :banghead:  Because here is the auction in question if anyone came across it:

    KO Dinobot Grimlock

    You see a seller CAN change the picture if he uploads the same file name to an existing one and the name overwrites the original. Well I finally got thru to the seller and he "Somehow" got rid of all my bids and the "Bidder" that retracted before me won it....:sly: 

    So I just wanted to see if this happens alot but just because it didn't happen to other people I was just "Making It Up" I guess...:thumbdown  (I guess I got my answer from 2 people already)
