hey kitbashers! I'm at a crossroads so to speak.
I have an Armada Unicron.I have two ideas for it.
    which one should I do?

    1. Modify it into a gesalt/combiner.
    2. Modify it into a new transformer. ( for this idea, i'd used armada sideways'minicons as "pilots"

oh yeah.wanted to ask this too. what parts of said unicron would i have to remove to obtain the gesalt mode?
any help would be most appreciated.
    -Dom.

Save up, send the unicron and 1000 bucks to Frenzy_Rumble, do nothing for 6 weeks, check mail, rejoice.

Just brush up and look at lots of pics, ask people who have made gestalts, and lots of trial and error. Get a good plan on paper and be willing to constantly update that because it'll probably change a lot as you go.

    Good luck though man.

You know, I've put about 10 Unicrons through the dremel and cut up process, and I finally landed a commission to "repaint Unicron" - which I think is awesome, considering I only valued him for his crotch area in the past.

If you can ebay well, you can grab junkers on there for under 10 bucks - then hit up Ptitvite for his awesome casts of the crotch parts that always seem to be missing.

I thought about that. Damn you ptitvite for starting this trend! haha
They used to be a dime a dozen on ebay, and very cheap - I had to get some more this weekend and they seemed to have doubled in price.
