Just like the title says, I've got a spare sealed Armada Jetfire that I don't know what to do with. I'm kinda tempted to open him up and use him for super pants with my Arm Prime. The thing is that the box is in superb condition... so it might fetch a half decent price and then I could pick up a loose one at Botcon... Any thoughts?

Put it in a Rubbermaid tub somewhere and put "Do not open until 2026" on it. Then in 20 years you can sell it like people do with their G1 stuff today.

Keep it sealed, a week after you open it you'll come across another loose one for next to nothing. Trust me...

Are these Armada Jetfire's still in demand? I have the 5x better Micron Legend version - MISB.

Has a clear eye visor with eyes painted behind it and white painted in shuttle and pants mode for a much more uniform look, among other things

I'd suggest you don't open it. My guess would be that PL Jetfire was produced in lower numbers than the first version. Of those that were released, it probably spent, on average, more time on the shelf, meaning more banged up
    boxes.

If you're 100% sure it's a super nice box, eBay it. Put a 'Buy it now' on it, and specically mention you think it will get a good AFA grade.

.... maybe stick in an 'immediate payment requied' to make sure the deal is closed promptly.

It might just get a good price; there seem to be people out there happy enough to pay BBTS the bones of $100 for an AFAd Alt.

Since when did Armada figures start fetching more than thier original retail? Last check, they weren't worth anything exceptional.
