I'm going to be moving to a smaller space in a couple weeks and while I'm going to have to put nearly all of my TFs in storage I was thinking of using Crossfire Bruticus and maybe a couple more as bookends. Does anyone have any suggestions? They'd obviously have to be big enough to hold up books so I don't think anything smaller than a voyager would really work.

Heavy ones with diecast, but don't be silly. Put the books in storage instead!

trypticon on one end...and gigastorm on the other end of a book shelf do an excellent job at holding the evil force of books at bay.

Primus in Planet mode works good for me.

PMOP is a rectangular shaped bricked in combined robot mode. he's make a decent book end.

The hasbro & takara book styled G-1 re-issues are shaped like books & would make great book ends.

I honestly don't know if I'd recommend that, the rubbery tower bits would probably bend over time.

I'd say Armada Overload or his repaints would be an excellent choice.

I'd get book ends that blend in a little bit (thinner ones) and then just use your TF's as fake book ends that are at the ends of your books, but not actually supporting the weight. I don't have a big TF display set up; I just kind of have a few bots positioned here and there. Another suggestion--floating shelves.

Unfortunately I don't have nearly any of those so I guess I'll just have Colossus (CF bruticus) and MP Grimlock as decorations and take enough books to fill my shelves.

Weren't there some real TF bookends at some point? Of course that could just be something my mind made up without me realising it.
I know what we shuld have: G1 Matrix bookends. Without books in the two halves come together and look like the Matrix set on a stand. But then you just place the halves apart and stick books in-between and they're bookends.
