It can be old or new concepts.

For me, I would like to put an emphasis on the Autbots being robots in disguise while the Decepticons strive on making sure human are aware of giant robot in their midst.

Another concept would be having a down-to-earth Optimus who has flaws here and there.
If Optimus has to be head honcho, have another younger Autobot (not Bumblebee) lead the main team.
Speaking of the team, I hope each side has at least 8 characters on both sides.

 

I desire to see a small band of dissidents strive to liberate their world from the oppressive sovereignty of an iron-fisted, narcissistic despot and his overwhelming armies of featureless troops.

There should be plenty of drama, and a no-nonsense primary antagonist--the dictator.

 

I hope we get some substantial story lines as to what cybertron was like before the war. I also hope the Quintessons are revisited at some point.

I'd really like a series that didn't focus on the usual main bots and gave us a band of Wrecker like charismatic soldiers that adventured across the galaxy.

 

I would love to have a Wreckers series.

I also echo "less like G1, the better." I'm a fan of the concept of different weapon and fighting techniques for factions. Like the "tools" from Animated, or the organic/melee weapons for Maximals from BM.

I'd also like a more close-hand-to-hand combat approach to action. More science-fictiony, too. I'd also like more conflict within ranks on both sides for more dynamic, and smaller teams with less oneortwo-shot or "special" characters (like the Elite guard in Animated).

 

Their gone to have Construsicons/Devastator,Dinobots,Insecticons,Aerialbots/Superion,
Stunticons/Menasor,Combaticons/Bruticus,Techobots/Computron,
Predacons/Predaking, & Terrorcons/Abominus.

I really liked the Bumblebee design that we saw. Reimagined movie characters would be great. It would also be nice if said characters actually got screentime. Jolt, anyone?

More robots...c'mon. This show's about Transformers.

It'd be nice if was set in a realistic world as well. Although G1 and Animated were great, let's not be in the future where robots walk the streets and their are ruby mines and dinosaur islands all over the place.

I hope that the human characters can actually be... you know... not annoying? One of the main flaws of the human characters thus far is that, aside from Transformers, they have no lives [much like us TransFans (just kidding, of course)]. It'd be nice if hanging out with robots was not the only thing every main human character did.

 

I love the Wreckers idea. That would own. But besides that...

More Autobot vs. Decepticon; not just tonnes of shoot-outs, either, i want some more complex warfare. Lots of Transformer character development. Perhaps even Decepticons with deeper motives and moral complexity, dare i say?

Less humans, human interaction and human villains. None at all, if that's possible. I do like the humans when they're written well (TFA, comics...) but i ALWAYS prefer more 'bot and 'con screentime.

More exploration of Transformers history and legend would be nice.

I want a series that doesn't take itself seriously. I don't just mean that it can laugh at itself once in a while. I want an all-out self-aware self-parody that gives you a sense of "the writers were having way too much fun here" when you watch it.

 

1) No blood thirsty Optimus (no face collections)
2) If Starscream is part of the cast, have the rest of the Seekers
3) Megatron have the combination of personalities, G1's ruthlessness, Animated's calculation, BW's agendas
4) If Prowl is in it, use one of the newer police car types
5) Let Bumblebee speak

 

Ah yes, the one series (Animated) where Megatron didn't tolerate Starscream's treachery for long. Other series Megatron kept Starscream around for some reason (G1, G2, Unicron Trilogy), maybe because he was an idiot

 

I want a new take on the characters. I want Starscream to be like Tarantulas. In G1 it was mention he was a scientist before the war. Let's show more of that, but with his later back stabbing style.

Megatron: No G1 tribute at all, combine Animated and Beast Wars Megatron.

Prime: I really dont want another "Prime is great because......" stuff again. I like how Animated did it, it showed how he became great.

If Grimlock and the others are on, please end the dumb talk. Give them BW Dinobots, battle style and strengh and give them Rattrap's witts.

 

I wouldn't mind this once in a while, but if the whole show was like this, it'd be pretty lame and counter-productive.


I want it to be a solid, serious story, but not be super-serious in tone, if you get me. I'd also like more grand-scale epicness without Space Opera-feel of the UT or G1 Season 3. Beast Wars was super epic at times, and they never left Earth. Rather the aliens all came to them.

 

It would be cool a series centered in the Transformers, NO MORE HUMANS please!

Some new characters would be cool too. It's not that I don't want the classic heroes to come back, but we could have some bad-ass new characters too.
