Simple question. What speeches, whether they be real or fictional, inspire you and motivate you to take it to the next level?

One of my all time favorites:
Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that! - Rocky Balboa

oh, we're talking fictional speeches then

I love a monologue in Julius Caesar from Mark Anthony towards the end where he starts out "oh how now thou bleeding piece of earth" and ends with the classic epic line " CRY HAVOC!!!! And let slip the dogs of war"

One that comes to mind is the Presidents speech at Area 51 in Independence Day.

This has to be the best quote i've ever heard from Sean Connery.

    This one right here:
May 13, 1940. Winston Churchills in front of Parliament for the first time :
“We are in the preliminary stage of one of the greatest battles in history. I would say to the House as I said to those who have joined this Government: I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears, and sweat. We have before us an ordeal of the most grievous kind. We have before us many, many long months of struggle and suffering…You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word: Victory. Victory at all costs—victory in spite of terror—victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival.

A speech made in 1964 by Senator Barry Goldwater. I won't say the line, because it's political, but it moves me.
