What program do you need to read Japanese and Chinese websites ?

    Any help is appreciated, there are so many cool sites out there but I havent got a fapping clue what they are saying!

    You'd probably need to install the appropriate font packs (Japanese & Chinese Traditional & Simplified) in the first instance.

    You mean to like view the characters? You can download the Asian language pack in Windows, and once you do that you'd have to google for a good translator. You could deal with Babelfish, and even though the translations are poor most of the time, you can kind of figure out what they're saying! It's been kind of helpful for me at least.
