I know of BBTS buying collections... But does anyone else?

I found out I may have to move before summer's over, so I'd really like to finish unloading what I have to unload... The fewer trips to the PO, the better.

If it helps, I'm talking post-BW stuff... No vintage.

    Thanks
    SB

I've been trying here... I think August marks the 1-year anniversary for selling stuff.

I refuse to go to feebay... I can't afford that.

What all do you have? I'd be willing to take some from you if you're selling it sub-retail.

Comic shop might be your best bet for a large lot, unless you have a vintage toy specialty store around. There's one around here which I like that I know would do that, but obviously that doesn't help you...

Assuming that Wing Saber I'm getting is complete I know a couple of things on your list that I'll talk to you about trading for, so that's like, something at least.

Let me know what you come up with... I don't really care if it has the key or not... There's plenty of them laying around here.

I'm really in no hurry yet (it's all a bunch of "if"s, nothing definite) but I'd definitely like to be prepared... Last thing I want is to hear I have a week to get packed to move out. Then there might be a problem.

Take them to a toy show.. slap some cheap prices on them.. they'll move.

I've sent stuff in to BBTS and had a great experience. Dont' know what kinda prices you'll get on a bunch of loose stuff, but it never hurts to try. Shoot them an email with what you have and they'll quote you.

Sorry, didn't see your sig. I have my board preferences set up to not show them. I'll check it out, though.

PM Hiro Prime. Still would have to ship, but he may be interested in the lot for his store.

You get the most for your money by taking store credit. Less for Paypal. And even less for a check that you can cash.

I got rid of a ton of Star Wars stuff I couldn't move to save my life... it probably cost me a lot to buy but to just get it out of my house I was happy.

I was under the impression they wouldn't give me air in exchange for my stuff.

    *makes note*
Assuming they're interested at all, that is. Considering seller pays shipping to them, even taking store credit doesn't even come close to making it worthwhile in some cases.

We pay the same for business checks/Paypal and ~20% more if you take store credit.

I'm the guy who does all the purchasing at BBTS so can email me (vintage@bigbadtoystore.com) if you have items to sell.

If you sell your items to bbts expect them to pay nothing and then try and sell it for 3x what it sells for on ebay. MISB SKygarry is hard to sell at $100-$130 now and they expect to get $410? Mabey lastyear before the dead stock find but now he is worth next to nothing. I was going to sell a ton of mib japanese stuff to them but they offered pretty much nothing for em , I sold one of those items elesewhere and made just as much as they offered me.

I buy collections and can pay via Cheque or Paypal. Especially interested collections in the UK focused on G1 thru Beast Wars.

I assume you're the person who emailed me about this, I did lower the price after getting your email and it sold. They still sell on Ebay for $199 + $30 shipping from Malaysia, we have a lot of customers who will buy from us because they know they'll get thier item and our combine shipping is cheaper than buying multiple items from a lot of different ebay sellers.
