So far we've some of primes, ratchets, bee and bulkhead and prowls...I really wish they'd show more of primes past...but i'd like to know more about saris' too...what you think?

History I would like to learn more about...

Optimus Prime, Ultra Magnus, Sari, and the Decepticons, particularly that of Megatron.

Second that! Shockwave/Longarm would be kick ass! It's neat to see how the Autobots go through their process of becoming soldiers, and it would be neat to see how Decepticons are accepted into their ranks.

I would imagine it to be a more dog eat dog world.

Also wanna see Blitzwing's, and Bumblebee's. Because where did he come from before the boot camp, hmm? And the twins, because all we know about them is that they worked in an energon refinery. We don't even know what they're names were before that!

1/ Starscream. With a lickle bit of Lugnut, Cyclonus and Warpath, that'd be sweet.

I would like to see Lockdown's past and how he become like what he is now.

 

I'd like an 'origin story' for Megatron, though giving him backstory and motivation other than simply ruling all would make him less evil from a cartoon standpoint.

I'd take a little more of Optimus' backstory as well. It seems obvious that he washed out of the academy because he was blamed (and ratted out by Sentinel) for the loss of Elita-1, but it's all technically assumption at this point (not like Sentinel ever went "I'LL RUIN YOUR CAREER FOR THIS! YOU'LL NEVER MAKE IT IN THE ELITE GUARD!!" in that episode) a little more information and clarification would be welcome, though not necessary.

I expect we will get some more explanation of Sari's origin eventually, if she ever shows up in the series again.  

 

It would be interesting to see how Optimus and Prowl ended up as members of that crew, Bumblebee, Ratchet and Bulkhead are kind of explained already

 

Megatron's, to see why he's pulling the whole "freedom from opression" thing. Let us see how he was opressed and what caused him to launch his revolution.

After all if he was a cyber ninja trainee, wouldn't that infer, along with his non flying alt mode, that he used to be an Autobot?

 

Wheeljack's and Perceptor's Backstories is I want to know how Perceptor got that voice.Lugnut's backstory is how he meets Strika in the first place.Ultra Magnus' Backstory is how he got that hammer.Red Alert's Backstory is How she going to Med School, or Ratchet teach her who to be Medic-bot.

 

Some more of Prime's would be nice. We still need to see the events between the Elita-1 incident and him getting booted out of the academy. Along with some of Ultra Magnus and Megatron's past. Maybe even some scenes from the Great Wars with both of them in it. Seeing the eventual demise of Project Omega would be nice too.

I would like to know where exactly Sari came from. I also want to learn about Megatron's rise to power. I'd also like to see back stories for Shockwave, Ultra Magnus, and perhaps Starscream. But I think it would be very interesting to see how the Elite Guard came to be.
