Battle Beasts. This time, fully articulated. I'm still waiting on Star Wars figures with modern hip articulation.
Airwolf- Preferably 3-3/4" compatible and with all the gimmicks from the show. God I loved season 1. Centurions- Were bad ass. 'nuff said. If Hasbro could make a Sigma 6 Centurions line... Rambo- Old toys weren't that great but G.I. Joe style would be awesome. Flying Fighters- No other line like it since it disappeared off shelves. One of the best Hasbro lines of the 80's. Removable joysticks, removable pilots, retractable landing gear, and swappable weaponry made for an affordable, and very unique, jet toyline. I'd love to see it return. Ring Raiders- Toycrack. Small planes with rings and clear plastic, attachable, flexi stands. Epic win. Made for great displays. Aliens- Hopefully 3-3/4" compatible like G.I. Joe and with vehicles like the bad ass Drop ship w/APC.
I'm still waiting for my revamped and articulated Krang's Android Body with Krang, Bebop, and Rocksteady. They had the chance with the Turtles Forever movie.
Ghostbusters. Hopefully with GB3 on the horizon (if it doesn't fall into the ether of development hell for eternity) maybe we'll get a new series and toys. About bloody time they did something with it.....oh, and M.A.S.K.
i need more ho's in my collection, arcee just aint cutting it so i want a new line of Thunder cats cars that transform into other things, my god what an unheard of concept! moar m.a.s.k pleze
I agree, M.A.S.K. and Thundercats are due, so are the Silver Hawks and Centurions. Most importantly... Gatchaman!
Centurions: This line had so much play value it was insane. GI Joe type toys were cool enough but with all those plug in armors. Buy the core figures, add armor, mix and match armor, it's all cool. With technology these days they could be made even cooler. Silverhawks: It's basically cops vs Mobsters IN SPACE. How can that possibly go wrong? I'd like to see the silverhawks themselves more differentiated. The original line had bad guys who were so much cooler than the heroes simply because they were all so unique. Visionaries: Think animorphs without the suck. They could with today's technology actually transform into animals. Battle Beasts: With articulation, and maybe projectors instead of just marbles. You could shine a light through them to have them project onto a wall. Throw in a card game and kids would eat it up.
Not only was it a zombie post, but it wasn't even on topic And I must reiterate myself in my desire to see M.A.S.K., Centurions, Thundercats, Ghost Busters, Dino Riders and so forth make a comeback. The 80s were like a golden age for action figures and boys toys.
I was Thinking about these cool robot toys that had suction cups for feet. I had six of those thing when i was a kid. AND Captain POWER with more Figures and better articulation.
