i gotta say henkei.. better paint apps, and nice use of chrome..

 

Henkei Prime is really good at being confused with Hentai Prime whereas Classics Prime does not have this problem.

 

I lol'd. It's a good thing I don't have any friends to talk about transformers toys in person with, or else I'd have probably Freudian slipped that one by now.

Henkei gets my vote. Good colors + colors in the correct places + chrome.

Good mold, but Henkei, like others have said, has a better color scheme.

Im a Henkei CONVOY fan. Get it right folks. it is Convoy not prime. anyway Hasbro prime has weird color apps. why does he have yellow on the arms? kinda silly.

Better paint apps and chrome. The chrome grill/bumper is homage to the G1 toy and that is the most important thing for me. Just like sunstreaker is better as henkei.

 

Henkei Prime is much better.

 

I have the Henkei version and much prefer it to the Classics version. Nice chrome and paint apps.

 

Henkei is better of course no question!, I think that those who prefer the Hasbro version only do that because they already have him, the same thing with Meg.

The chrome-plated parts is appropriate & where it should be (unlike some of the other Henkeis, random chrome here & there)

 

Hasbro. I think the differences in colour scheme are negligible, but I really don't like the chrome.

 

I will admit that the Henkei Convoy looks really nice, but I'll go against the grain and say Hasbro Prime. Same awesome mold + easier to get in the US + cheaper =  

 

Price should not play a part in decision this person lives in Canada so your two last point are not helpful. Like you said they are the same mold so all you can judge on is the paint. Would the Hasbro version still be your choice?

Im satisfied with my Hasbro but Henkei looks so much better, just not enough for me to purchase it.But if I could had had either one for $19.99 I would have purchased the Henkei.

The only reason people are voting for Classics is because they can't afford the superior Henkei version.  

 

I love the henkei version, it has a thousand times better paint apps IMO

 

As I voted earlier for Henkei,and I am still going for Henkei.Gonna order me a Henkei version next week.

I just have to say that the mold is a great mold,I just bought me a SDCC Nemesis Prime last night on ebay.So either way you go,you get a great mold.
