Yeah, a leach off of an old topic of mine, but as I am a Marvel fan, it must be said.

So Marvel's doing the same show ideas as 10 years ago. (X-Men, Spider-Man, Hulk, as far as I know.). But it's the same stuff they've been pulling out thier asses. So my question is:

Who would you like to see in thier own Television show?

For me, defiantly a new Avengers show. I know season 2 of the recent Avengers is apon us, but I want one with more seriousness, and better animation. Truthfully, one like 'Young Justice'.

So feel free to say your opinions.

How about Slapstick? He's a VERY funny character that has loads of charm and I don't know why Marvel hasn't made a movie let alone a TV series of him yet.

It could be a homage to the siller aspects of comics as well as the retro cartoons of old combined with the serious elements from the movies and recent superhero shows. We could use a more zany superhero stories for a change!:)

I'd much rather see Deadpool star in his own independent film. A DP Corps show on the other hand would be pretty awesome.

    Yeah something like that!:lol

For anyone here who doesn't know who Slapstick is or what he looks like here are some links I've put up.

Slapstick Tribute - YouTube This first one shows what he looks like.

Slapstick 4:Comic book of the week 6: - YouTube This second one tells who he is and explains his origin.

The story of it is that a local school clown named Steve Hermen decides to pull a prank at a jock at a carnivel by dressed up as a clown, when suddenly evil clowns from Demension X came through our demension and and wants to take over the world. One of the portals sucks Steve though and had his moliclues changed around to become his signeture look. The scientist in that realm whos's called the Scientist Supreme is the only good guy in that universe. He teaches Steve who calls his new alter ego Slapstick int eh ways of pulling cruel pranks on crime and stopping the evil clowns. His powers are of course cartoon like with demensional pockets to store his weapons as well as changing his idenity.

I haven't read the comics yet but I hope too because he sounds really funny! He even put a bucket of water on top of Ghost Riders head in mistaking him for a guy who's on fire!:lol

If they make a TV series of Slapstick that'll be SO awsome!!!:D

Death's Head, of course. It'd be him, Spratt, and the pet vulture traveling through time Who-style to fufil contracts, yes? Recurring villains would be Lupex and his corrupted future self: Death's Head II.

Iron Fist! Especially if they did it like Matt Fraction's/Ed Brubaker's Immortal Iron Fist run, that one woukd be awesome as an anime style kung fu adventure series!

Something with Moon Knight would be cool.

you know i am actually surprised disney hasn't tried to make Power Pack. it'd be perfect for children, and it'd also be marvel related. along with having the ability to have other marvel guest stars.

Beat me to it. Death's Head needs more exposure. And have some fun and make him hunt down a guy called Prof Whom that travels through space in a blue portaloo spaceship that's bigger on the side. I could see the show having a similar sense of humour to Megas XLR with lots of nods to other media icons.
Although a more mature version would also be cool. Just not sure a main 'hero' guy that kills for money would be as accepted if made into a kids cartoon.

I am not sure Deadpool is safe for TV, so I would have to say Namor the Sub Mariner.

There's always HBO. Punisher on HBO would be awesome. Live action TV show. Not cartoon.

Yeah that's my reaction too!:lol  Well since I didn't read the comics yet I don't know. I saw him do something like that in the end of the mini series by telling readers to tell Marvel to put him in more comics but that's all I know for now.

I wouldn't be suprised if he did break the 4th wall often though!:lol

He and Deadpool can be a really funny team together if they joined up!:lol

Coutn me in the Deadpool stuff. Too bad Disney owns it and Deadpool ain't kid friendly.

It'd be perfect for Adult Swim.

Still my choice for a show.

Also maybe a new Fantastic Four cartoon to fit with AEMH, WATX and Ultimate Spiderman.

Ultimate Spiderman is not in the same universe as AEMH and WATX. Though I think a new Fantastic 4 Cartoon would be Cool. I want To see Gregg Berger as the Thing agian as well as Quinton Flynn and Cam Clarke as Human Torch and Mr Fantastic reprising their roles from the 90's.
