Hi guys,
I got this toy from a comic shop for $1 and need some help finding out what line it's from. What I can tell you is that it's a pvc with detachable arms, legs, head, and wings. It has a hole in it's lower back for the wing skirt and 2 more holes on the shoulder blade. It can't stand on it's feet so it must have came with a stand that might have peged into it's back. No peg holes on the bottom of her feet. Reminds me of a Tron energy glow. Please let me know what you guys think. Here's a pic:

Looks kinda Shinki-ish to me, but I'm no expert by any means.
