I think Binaltech red Jazz is named Zoom-Zoom, and is considered a different character.

If you want to be a completist, there's three versions of Movie Legends Jazz:

Original version, black windscreen (Wave 1)
Revised version, blue windscreen - released in a later wave which doesn't appear to be listed in Resources, with single-pack versions of Recon Barricade, Cliffjumper and Bonecrusher.
Battle damage - from the two-pack with Ice Megs.

 

I don't remember TC being a chase figure, but I remember Skywarp.

 

Also, I haven't seen any mention of Action Master Jazz.
