So like whats everyone's holy grail of a toy that they picked up, either one thats hard to find or super valuable? I dont have any super expensive toys, although a few years back when I got back into collecting, one of my friends had reflector in pretty good condition with all the accessories, gave it to me for free, needless to say thats one of my more prized pieces. I hope to get Overlord or Black Zarak eventually.

I guess the rarest & most valuable things in my collection would be the white headmasters. In spite of their rarity, they're actually pretty unimpressive in person, and not even a personal favorite.

I'd have to say what I'm most proud of are my minicons - everything US and Japanese, all the boosters & chase figs, DVD release figs, and *almost* all the store exclusives. Still tracking down a couple.

    Some of my rarer items...

Actionmaster Bombshell with weapon, partner and cardback.

    MOSC Actionmaster Banzai-tron

Complete set of MOSC G2 "chrome" minibots (Seaspray, Beachcomber, Bumblebee, Hubcap)

Some of the harder to find European stuff like Thunderclash, Clench, Pyro, Fearswoop, Ironfist, Calcar, Deftwing and the Turbomasters. Most of those are complete in good condition.

I'm pretty proud of my Omega Supreme - he's missing the smallest clips and his rail tracks, but I got him super cheap.

Eh, I don't really have anything that's amazingly rare or sought after.

I dont have any super rare Japanese G1 figures or anything that cool.

I have a Korean Brave Max, which is expensive but not hard to find.

The re-issue Megatron that came with the mace.

Alternators Swerve, but since it's not MISB it isnt as valuable as it could be (and I dont care cos I dont intend to sell it).

    Cyclonus, my only Botcon figure.

    I guess that's it

    Ebay:
    Botcon Primal
    OTFCC Sentinel Maximus
    Black Lio Convoy
    Alternators Swerve

That would be all I can think of at the moment, too much school exams on the mind

Some good selections so far, another one of the pieces I'd like to get would be the pretender monsters/Monstructor set, Deathsaurus, the 6 headmaster teens or whatever there official name is. Did anyone get an expensive tf as like a gift or get a really good price on it that just makes it all the more special?

I think it's important to look at this not as "grails" in that it's your favorite/most desired, but instead rarity/value. mine is the big powered giftset, followed by the goodbye megatron giftset. these are by far my most expensive, but also by no means my favorite, toys.

This was the last TF I got as a gift before I "grew up" and started recollecting again as an adult :)

(I shot that photo last year when I got a new digicam for Christmas:cool:  )

The two figures I have which I was most proud of getting were a Bumblejumper and a MISB G2 Dreadwing and Smokescreen.

I generally only collect recent figures, and aren't sure what people would consider impressive, but I'm proud of most of them.

The only reason that box still exists in any shape is that it was big enough to store other things. While I have snippets from all of the G1 toys (tech specs and Robot Points [and yes, I still have all of my Robot Points!]), this box is the only one from my childhood that is intact.

    Thank God for storage!
